Izzy, I’m at the point in your vlog where it’s 01/01/23 3.15am and for complete disclosure, I’m a 54 year old disabled man that really enjoys your channel, I think that you are an amazingly beautiful intelligent and honest person, I love that you hear your own voice and realise that whilst you can hear it you don’t have to always listen to it, as for instagram it’s not real and I’m so old that my opinion may not count but instagram is for capturing moments that don’t always reflect reality, I could have posted moments from all 5 continents over the last 30 years but they don’t reflect my life before or after disability, always remember your life is about “the whole” not little compressed moments to show off on insta! Xx

The first few days after being with your family and friends is always going to be hard. Doubts about should I really be doing this will creep in. Then a few days past, you readjust, and Izzy vs the world kicks back in.

when I was in my 20’s I spent time working and travelling abroad so I felt I could relate to your content which I enjoy very much.

Your New Year's looked spectacular Izzy! I was teary over here 😭I cannot even imagine all of the emotions you were experiencing; from the atmosphere to the fireworks to the chiming of Big Ben at midnight! This was something I didn't even realise I needed to add to my bucket list to experience.
On the flip side, I am so sorry you struggled later that night Izzy but I am so proud of you for pulling out your camera and talking through your thoughts and feelings 💕in the moment, you may have felt like you were talking to us, but I hope you were also hearing your words and taking them in; at the very least I hope you listened back to it when you were editing. You are such a beautiful, intelligent, independent and driven young woman and I hope you can always remember that. As someone who truly struggled with her anxiety and mental health in 2022, I know all too well how easy it is to listen to that voice, but I hope you know how worthy you are and know you are so loved. As wonderful as social media is, it also is so toxic and infiltrates so many of our day to day thoughts and actions. But you have attracted so many wonderful people into your life who are a reflection of you and I hope you always stay true to yourself and never try to be anything except authentically you. Happy New Year Issy. I've been watching you for a while and as others have said I think you need to cut yourself some slack! You are a gorgeous young lady inside and out. You seem to have set high standards for yourself, which of course is not wrong, but please don't get anxious that you feel your not living up to them. Live your life, enjoy it and be happy with it! You are also in the best City in the world! I relate to you as I have twin daughters around the same age as you (23) with whom you have so much in common. They are both gorgeous too (I may be biased!), they live (together) in London, are both single, and are massive "Swifties" - you should meet them!
i was in the southbank bridge too!!! omg i didnt bought the tickets but theres just a crowd turbulence and its so crazy that literally push everyone from the back to go to the front and it even break the barricade… im thankful that it helps me get inside the southbank but i was quite furious tbh because its so brutal loo
Jet lag and anxiety sucks! Been there, done that. Actively trying to avoid it myself at the moment as I return to London from Australia (11hrs difference). Don't ever doubt yourself - just look at how many people want to follow your life. You're special and matter to a lot of people. :-)

HNY! Izzy, You would be surprised to know that those perfect girls never feel perfect. I can guarantee that they want what you have. It took me a long time to realise its what's on the inside that shines, not what's on the outside! A beautiful soul is more than any looks!

Awww sweetheart ❤️. Your such a beautiful soul, and are you kidding!!! Your as beautiful as a women gets! Don't get confused!!! You really are Izzy. Give social media a break, and focus on your wellbeing. Spend time with friends. You got six months left of course?? It soon fly by. You might then wish to change focus! You were talking about before being a business owner ....millionairess etc. However you might find, the best things in life are free! Love family friends looking after yourself, pursuing hobbies. I recently read a healthy gut bacteria can effect anxiety, so maybe get some probiotic food rich in vegetables. London can be very cold. Like New York. We use DD to say in my youth if someone had a heart attack in London, people would just walk past not wanna get involved cos everyone is rushing. It's unique place. It's not like that all around UK and much friendlier. Good just to remember that's just cos it's a mega city! You need plenty of TLC. I'd talk to your mum dad sisters friends for support, and consider counselling here. Same as therapy in USA. Also tell your GP your registered with here. Your a beautiful shinning light Izzy. Keep telling yourself positive things. This negative thinking your doing to yourself is not reality. I have a lot of experience with mental health. My dad a consultant psychiatrist, my wife owns mental health charity and I supported my brother through college and uni with schizophrenia! Also had gf who's suffered. Izzy - I don't know that being pretty should be so important but if it does matter to you then you don't have anything to worry about - just read the comments here.
You should never compare yourself to others, just be the best of yourself. That is the problem with the likes of Instagram, it makes people feel they aren't perfect enough.
A warm interesting person is far more engaging than someone who can use the right poses and filters. Often the most beautiful and confident are the most boring as that becomes their whole focus. I know feigning confidence is very American, but would think you would have noticed in the UK people actually don't like that too much, we are more modest.
