- After having travelled with his old friends Brock and Misty, Ash is given a question over whether he truly is a Pokemon Master now. Trying to rest on the question, he ends up finding himself talking with a strange ball of light, which tasks him with seeking out "The Renegade". Now Ash finds himself in an unknown, yet familiar world. Join Ash, and so new, yet familiar faces as he uncovers the mysteries of the Hisui region, as he tries to make it home. Will this adventure help him become a Pokemon Master?

Wait till they find out that there is a negative dimension and that space and time are the exact same thing. Ash "Also a magical horse is the one that created everything". Side note, Giratina would make so much more sense to represent a dark matter, not antimatter. Man that's dumb
Considering Antimatter was what inspired Giratina, if it were dark matter it would likely be something different and the distortion world would not be a thing either (at least not in the way we know if it today)
@@ElectroPikachu Nah bro the reason why it would make more sense is because Dark matter can actually still inhabit this universe, it just can't be seen or touched and acts like a phantom and because of those characteristics it pretty much is in a separate dimension. A dark matter Giratina could exist right on top of you and you would never know. Antimatter simply annihilates with matter. If antimatter Giratina existed he would just annihilate everything around him, including himself. He couldn't even step inside this dimension even if there was a theoretical antimatter dimension. And I know it's fiction but if you remove the only thing that makes antimatter antimatter then what's really the point when Dark matter fits every criteria that Giratina already is. See what I mean?
@@ElectroPikachu Like the only fiction we need to add to dark matter is to allow the Pokemon magic to make it interact with our world. Whereas the fiction we need to "add" to antimatter takes away it's basic characteristic.
You are getting your types of matter confused. Antimatter is simply matter with a reversed electric charge. Antimatter does in fact exist within our universe. It occurs naturally in some radioactive decay, as well as cosmic ray collisions. In fact, it is believed that antimatter rains down on the earth in the form of Cosmic Rays.
The one which would technically be considered to not exist within our universe is known as "Void Matter" which is stated as: The result of matter undergoing the dissolving process into nothingness. This unstable form of matter also destabilizes surrounding matter that comes into contact it. (These are also not to be confused with void particles, which are also completely different).
So, Pokemon is using Antimatter differently than you are. Giratina is the opposite of Arceus. With Arceus being the "God" of the Pokemon world, and therefore matter, Giratina is meant to be the reverse, hence being in the Distortion World (a reverse world of the Pokemon World), and therefore being the ruler of Antimatter.
Yes if matter and antimatter COLLIDE, then they will destroy each other, but that does not mean antimatter is not allowed to exist in a universe made of matter, because as stated before, it does. Giratina is meant to represent that within the world of the Pokemon games. It is not stated that Giratina is made of antimatter (though when within the world of Pokemon it is usually depicted as floating, and therefore not touching matter in a solid or liquid form, and usually in the Distortion World rather than the Pokemon world itself), even though that concept inspired the design.
The way you're using Dark Matter is also somewhat flawed. "Dark matter is a hypothetical form of matter that appears not to interact with light or the electromagnetic field. Dark matter is implied by gravitational effects which cannot be explained by general relativity unless more matter is present than can be seen. Such effects occur in the context of formation and evolution of galaxies, gravitational lensing, the observable universe's current structure, mass position in galactic collisions, the motion of galaxies within galaxy clusters, and cosmic microwave background anisotropies."
In other words, Dark Matter is fully invisible because it does not interact with light, and if Giratina were made of it, then he simply would not be a visible being, when he is. Yes, Giratina is a Ghost type, but that represents the decay that Pokemon is depicting antimatter through. Giratina has never gone invisible. He's only been a shadow once in Platinum (and the secret boss battle from BDSP), but he could still be SEEN (which despite saying Dark Matter can't be seen or touched, you neglected the fact that this would mean Giratina wouldn't be).
Dark Matter doesn't act like a phantom either. The main thing we believe exists, and is Dark Matter, is a black hole. Which it and therefore Dark Matter, have a gravitational pull which brings things towards it. You wouldn't be able to visibly see that it's there, but it would pull you in (and in the case of a Black Hole, you would then be put through the process of spaghettification). So to use your own argument against you, if Giratina were Dark Matter and controlled Dark Matter, then why doesn't he have a gravitational pull which would then pull all things towards it?
@@ElectroPikachu I see what you mean. Although antimatter is antimatter because of its reverse spin which causes a reverse electrical charge. Not inherently because the charge is opposite. The way Pokemon uses antimatter with the emphasis on distortion and Giratina being a direct opposite to Arceus, antimatter does fit. But it's also slightly wrong to say that antimatter call the true place in this universe. Although it does exist because it's always being created through various forms of decay interactions, there is matter literally everywhere even in the deepest void of space and especially on a planet Pokemon takes place. Once it comes into existence in a fraction of a nanosecond it will be annihilated. But are we saying that the distortion is the annihilation? Cuz I never thought about it like that and that would make alot sense I always wondered why destruction wasn't more of a part of Giratina description. I always just feel like a dark matter makes a lot more sense because of the phantom aspect and the fact that dark matter could allow a whole plane of experience inside this universe. But you're right because it would take just as much fiction cause to interact in the ways Giratina does then to have Giratina not annihilate everything. But if the distortion is the annihilation then things check out. Because why would game freak want Giratina to destroy literally everything just by existing.
