My oldest did not babble at all. His first clue. He was also much happier in his swing, rather than being held. We thought he was such a chill kid; in a noisy restaurant he would promptly fall asleep. Now I realize he was overloaded and shutting down. He has severe sensory processing issues, especially to sound, and social anxiety. My youngest was so explosive from a very early age. He also spent more time looking at objects instead of people. His first clue. He is very social, but bad at it. He has never figured out the rhythm of conversation or when someone has heard enough about cell phone plans, for one example.

My daughter was adopted from China at 26 months. So none of this I would have seen. Then it was she was developmentally delayed because of being an orphanage. So there was a fine line there. We didn't get diagnosed until 9 yrs old. And even then it wasn't for sure. In January of '22 we had a neurologist test again and it was pretty for sure.

What about when your baby had those abilities but then lost them? My daughter is 2 and scheduled for an evaluation but she was a different child at 1 then she is now. At this current point she has lost all of those abilities
I do not know the reason, but often times we see a regression around 18 months old. Many skills that children once had either got out on hold or regress and are lost. Good luck in the evaluation!

As a chemist who has done research in the physiology of this issue. 18 months Is a critical time in development in terms of the intestinal flora and the immune system. When you see the signs you should immediately stop dairy and cow milk, change the child's feeding style by adding probiotics and prebiotics that are produced especially for infants. This drastic change will have positive results even seen in the very short term. And you should never get back to cow milk ever again. Autism and SIDS are linked together and both are directly the consequences of consumption certain types of cow milk. Even if you are breastfeeding, the mother should not consume them.

@@nadinelouis6210 Hello. Well it is difficult to find the A2 type of cow milk. Most cow milk in the market is unfortunately A1. This is the wording used for the casein of the milk. A1 is what causes the problem. If you can find the milk of the jersey cow I think it will do. But still it is good to double check. Organic or non organic does not make a difference. If you need milk, you can freely choose the goat milk. All goat milk is A2, no problem here.
Does these ages mentioned here also apply to premature babies?
Hello, it would be based on the expected due date of your baby. If you let baby was born two months early, then you would expect to see these skills maximum of two months after it’s expected. These are general age ranges and general expected milestones… so if you have concerns I would discuss them with your child’s doctor.

My son is just completed his 6months and he showing response to his name for some times and always flicking his fingers on his body and flores otherwise this all his activities are normal is this any problem madam please tell me madam 🙏🙏

Hi. My son JEREMIAH is 11 months old and had febrile seizure before 10 days. Untill then he responded very well to his name but now he's not responding to his name unless I call 5 or 10 times. But good eye contact. Can febrile seizure trigger autism? Kindly reply please 🙏🏻.
There is no research to support seizures triggering autism... I would talk to your doctor about the lack of response and if it can have something to do with the seizure.
