Let's take a walk through Armature works to see what the hype is all about! This spot is known as the start and stop of the Tampa Riverwalk as it faces the scenic Hillsborough River. Once known as Tampa Electric’s streetcar warehouse, Armature Works dates back to 1910 and has since gone through a complete modern restoration that cost $20 million. Its grand opening was in 2018. This place has been reinvented as a hip food hall (Heights Public Market) that offers lots of tasty options from sushi to brunch to BBQ, including cookies and ice cream! Armature Works is a mixed-use commercial building consisting of Heights Public Market, multiple event spaces, co-shared workspace as well as multiple waterfront restaurants and bars.
