It is amazing to be reminded that the very simple things in life are the very greatest things in life! Thank you brother phap Dung For your insight, sensitivity and compassion
I appreciate Br Phap Dung sharing his stories - they make me smile. And it's reality, what he shares, so we can get a glimpse of what it might be like to be a monk or nun. It is good that he can laugh about difficulties in following the routines and protocols. His reflections on his practice help us relate easily to him, see the challenges monastics can face, and inspire us to practice well.
Thank you so much Brother That was a beautiful talk. It was very real And it had a nice mixture of humour and seriousness I found it very helpful at the time I felt a real need

The 😷 will not allow us to sync in our breathing. Hopefully, when covid is not causing us the suffering we shall remember to take advantage of synchronised breathing. Air is a miracle that most of us had never seen as such.
Thank you Brother. Breathing together with all of you.
