HELP US CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR VIDEOS! I (Kara) have really enjoyed the fun Indian beats in the last few vlogs, but I have no clue what the words are saying. What a great food tour! I'm lucky enough to get many of these dishes at home regularly. My wife makes poori at the weekends (her Mother taught her when she was growing up in Kolkata) and it is amazing. My Father in Law managed a tea plantation in Assam and he regularly sends us bags of loose leaf tea from India. He showed me how to make pukka masala chai and now I'm the family chai wallah making us masala chai every weekend. @Smart Dude oh please keep your hatred at bay. I wonder if you have even visited India or is someone who is highly prejudiced against India by seeing a few propaganda articles and vedios
I am an Indian and I have been following you guys for quite sometime now. I absolutely love your videos ❤️❤️❤️I had some reservations when I first saw that you guys visited India mainly for the reason that I wasn’t sure about in which light you’ll portray India. As a lot of times, westerners make India sound like this country with nothing but poverty and huge population and dirt(all of these are true) but there are many good things. I love that you are showing the stuff that does not come into light like great food, good people( most of the time) , etc... Like they say- Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. PS- I am awaiting your Holi videos as my hometown is close to that place and your Mumbai vlogs as that’s where I went to university 😁 You guys are making me miss the Indian food... ❤️
The homeless people waiting....so nice of you guys to buy all of those meals. What an amazing feeling it must have been watching those people get to go in.❤
I'm glad I watched this while eating lunch. Otherwise I would have been so hungry watching you eat all that yummy food! And also how nice of the tour guide to step in as cameraman for a bit! People in India are so friendly!
Your guide was TOTALLY focused on giving you a good and authentic tour of good places to eat. Not the trashy "street food" type stuff palmed off as "Indian" food. He was trying to avoid looking into the camera as much as possible, unless it was absolutely necessary. Lucky you got a good guide.
@@saaishrikumar And the difference in this context is? I do understand the meaning of blog and vlog. Been blogging since the early 2000s. In this video, he is NOT vlogging. He is a food guide. THEY are vlogging.
Kara and Nate we will spend maybe 2 months in India so I hope we will have enough time for everything! But thank you for your suggestions 😊 very helpful ❤️
Kristyna & Romain : If you can cope with the spices and the sweets , then your India trip would be icing on the cake. Few suggestions : 1) Make sure that you visit Akshardham temple in New Delhi ( obviously if time permits) cuz I've seen a reasonable number of youtubers actually liking it more than the Taj . You can also visit Lotus temple (it won't take much time ) . 2) If you are to eat street food at any point of time , always eat at the venture where there is a considerable amount of crowd ( the locals know it better and better crowd means good quality and tasty food). Also, always keep a sanitizer with you. 3) Some people tends to stare and many of them may approach you to have a picture with . It will mostly make you uncomfortable , but the fact is that most of the people are very kind and are ever ready to help or assist. 4) If no label or no price tag on an item you desire to buy , then always bargain .Bargain smart as sellers always charge the outsiders way more than the market price . 5) Take Ola or Uber (if available) so that you don't get overcharged as well as to ensure safety while travelling.
Thank you for your advices that's very nice from you :) We will spend some time in India just to experience everything perfectly. You are right Akshardham temple looks amazing we will definitely go there! Can't wait to eat all indian street food and we will be definitely careful about it. We will make so many videos from India I hope it will be amazing like this video :)
Kara is sounding like such a professional these days. I love the fact that she is trying to pronounce everything correctly. These two have become part of my top 5 TH-camrs. Hard to pick a favorite out of the 5 because they are all so wonderful.
pankaj rana - My pleasure. I'm in the United States and unfortunately many Americans make judgements about other countries but fail to see, through ignorance, the urban and rural poverty that exists in my country. I think it is wrong and deplorable to make such arrogant assumptions about other countries without looking within at their own. I live in a state in which numerous people of all cultural backgrounds come from India and must say that they represent a very positive and dynamic part of American society. Again, it is unfortunate that many Americans of European ancestry do not recognize this. There is good and not-so-good representations of people from ALL cultures and Nations. Again, I thank you, and wish you and your beautiful Nation all the best.
Wow! I've always had my reservations about going to India but now I'm totally inspired! Thanks so much guys! I love your channel! Who would have thought three years ago this young couple from Nashville would be deep in the backstreets of Old Delhi?!?!
Indians are always so happy from many videos I've seen. Such beautiful smiles ❤ Even though it probably wouldn't happen, I would love to experience this and the beautiful country. Much love from Texas ❤
I love traveling the world through yalls videos! Kara and Nate, y’all are wonderful people! My favorite part about this video was seeing y’all buy food for the homeless! Awesome! God bless you both! 💜
I don't want them to be anywhere but here on TH-cam. You may ask why. Well, if you involve yourself with any type of media outlet, you lose a lot of your artistic control. You are told what to do and how to do it. And part of what makes this channel so great is that they do what they want, how they want, which keeps all of their personality and spirit front & center.
FireCracker3240 Agree totally. They have to be their bosses. Just the two of them.

You guys are so open, accepting and positive. ThankYou for diving right in and embracing it.. 🙏 I am sorry I left a negative comment in a reply to another guy - because he was being rude about india. But I would love you to show everything in india just as it is - the good, the bad and the ugly - with no sugar coating.. Thanks for visiting..
You guys are absolutely rocking it with this tour. I've followed you for a while, but this trip vlog probably ranks as your best yet. The sights, the sounds, the music, the food - I can almost taste it.
Awesome! I am going to India within the next several years and really want to try the food but wouldn't know where to start! Also, I am a vegetarian so I want to make sure I'm ordering correctly. A food tour looks like the right way to go!
Rebecca hey.... U would seriously have no problem in finding vegetarian food. Actually u will find veg cuisine more easily and lot more variety then the non-veg ones. Cheers!☺
Thanks! I know there are so many vegetarian options! Just not sure what they are. :) Having a local guide who knows the names of the dishes will be awesome! I really look forward to exploring India!
One fact might amaze u that bringing non veg food (meat chicken etc. or even egg a lot of times ) in lunch boxes at school , colleges or any office institution is considered a taboo in delhi especially breakfast and lunch so you'll find a plethora of options no worries at all ... Plus its a melting pot of cultures .. there are some communities, religions where people never ever eat non veg food ... or even root veggies for that matter like onion, garlic etc .. I feel good to tell people about our culture :) Have a nice worry free trip and day
I love watching you both try the foods, and your tour guide looks so great! Also that was so nice of you guys to buy the meals, you guys are beautiful inside & out ❤️
I have seen many vlogs by foriegners on India but yours is best. I saw all of your videos on India. You understood us and our country so well. Really thank you for making a positive image of our country and culture.
The quality of the footage and editing, your enthusiasm, the amazing sight and sounds (and smells in my mind), the fantastic guide - this is an incredible video, guys! What a fantastic thing that restaurant does, allowing folks to purchase meals for the hungry, and kind of you to buy a meal for ten folks. I hope everyone waiting got to eat that day.
What a brilliantly shot video this is, I live in the UK, we have great Indian food, I so badly wanna visit India and do what you are doing right now, loving your vlogs right now.
I live in Birmingham I assure you there is lots of resources, we have whole areas that are Asian only and they have Asian supermarkets all over and everything you could need is there
Its not just the Ingredients, the same Indian food can be cooked ten different ways with a lot of different spices, if you are ever in India try eating the same food at different places and you will be shocked at how different it would taste in every other place and sadly the Indian food that is cooked in UK is more in accordance to the palette of British people which 9 times out 10 tastes sweet and the same at every place or eatery, my friends who visit from Uk and the US say that after having eaten Indian food in India they fear tasting Indian food back home because it tastes sub standard.
Just watching this video, I was almost crying when you bought those meals. How kind! Makes you think so much more about everything! I will do the same when I go to India next year:)
Love that you have a new camera man.:) haha fun to see you both trying things together. So nice of the guide to take over haha. What a great tour! Also the man who came up to introduce himself. "yes" I love that Great job Kara just going with the flow and trying to say his name. :) Very well handled. -Ash
I really love when people offer to hold the camera so we can both be experiencing something together! Anubhav was a legend! And "yes" wasn't that man adorable 😂
I LOVE your videos! You two inspire me every day, as I hope to travel the World in a few years (I am working hard and saving every single penny). Your relationship seems so wholesome and you try to embrace every single culture you enter, which is encouraging!
There are many full-time travel channels on TH-cam and I like your videos the best. First, and foremost, you are respectful of individuals, their culture and their country. You can tell it is appreciated and it makes your experiences translate in a very inspiring way. Secondly, the recording and editing are superb. Keep it up. Hoping you keep on TH-cam in some manner after you reach 100 countries. Good job!!!
This is the first video from India that I like... Having a person you trust to walk with you throughout Delhi and show you really good food makes me feel safe.
i really love the vlog of india as i am from Pakistan so its the same thing the culture the food the roads and the people but the food is more tasty in india as it origin from there , breakfast you ate is the same we have here halwa puri chola aloo (the sweet thing you had in dow is called sujii halwa ) yogurt drink is called lassi and the most yumest thing paya (goat leg) i really want to visit India but can't because of the dispute on the borders , its great to see our nabour through TH-cam . i would recommend you guys to visit Pakistan too it the same but a little bit cleaner with the beauty of northern sides .
Dear bhaijaan the part of delhi which they toured is the place from where your hundreds of years old ancestors come ... the darling of the city .. our country on the brink of becoming the most populous country that too with a quite lesser land mass ... a little chaos is very natural ....of course there will be some areas like this ... hardly 30 % of the city would be brimming with people & rest by cars etc. However, not all places are like these .. rather very planned & clean
Abdullah Zubair Paketwala thank you so much for the lovely comment, and yes indeed our culture and food is al almost same, since we both were one country before 1947.☺you are welcomed in my country bro, I also hope that the conflicts b/w both of the countries gets settled and we both can live peacefully
Wow..lovely video guys..this video made me hungry while watching it...being a Delhi local person I am so happy to see you guys enjoying delicious food of my city..great work guys keep it up
I really like that both of you are willing to try new and different foods.. Kara I'm not sure I would have eaten goat before, but now that you tried it I guess I have to man up and give it a shot.... great video guys.. Waiting for the netx one
I just discovered you guys and I’ve been watching your india adventure series and it’s absolutely amazing and interesting to see how non-Indians look at India because I’m indian myself!! Love ittt!!
Being an Indian jalebi does not comes in best 10 sweets, if someone just say for argument then it is ok, being a taste explorer I not rate jalebi in top 10. Yes it is cheapest of all everyone can afford it.
Kara and Nate, so good to see you guys enjoy India! Your warmth and openness to try new things makes your videos interesting to watch. I am from Delhi and was impressed about the food gems you guys discovered in old city. Best wishes!
Just Taylor, in India, most of the shops are run by men. Women either works in the offices or stay at home. There are some states, like Meghalaya, where women run businesses while men do other work.
Just Taylor ,India is a patriarchal society, especially north....and atrocities against women which you see in news usually happen in north, that very much include delhi..!..
Hardcore physical works dominated by male whil finance, childern, home management, etc dominated by females.(roughly 70%) Some females are involved in office works like working in an It comapany, govt. jobs or say jobs that don't involve much physical work.
I'm glad you guys had someone to guide you so kudos to Delhi food walks....but you guys are just so positive about everythn....it was inspiring watching you guys.
Ahh so glad you enjoy it! We use Epidemic Sound! I discovered it last May, and I will never use anything else! You can get a free 30 days of unlimited songs here share.epidemicsound.com/karaandnate :) 💜
I just love the way u guys make the videos. Well I'm from the southern part of India, u guys being foreigners, are sharing the wonderful things on your videos. It really entertaining and we foodies really appreciate your work. Keep coming guys, make us smile.
Oh I love watching yall try food!!! 😉😊 it's so interesting seeing how they do stuff, WAY different than America!!!! Cheers for trying the goat foot, I don't know if I could have done that!!! 😉😂
Amit Lakhtaria He is repeating the shop because he has tie ups with them. If you have observed, these places are quite clean, utensils are clean which you dont find in road side stalls.
But I would rather want some genuine comments from him i saw him in other vlog in other cities also but he was just acting not saying anything about the authenticity of the food, i know many thing they were trying was not authentic and not talking about the way to have that food. Means i am not impressed if he is representing indian food.
My wife and I did a “Delhi Food Walk” two years ago. It was incredible. We went at Dinner time and saw many of the same places. Kareem’s has got to be one of the best restaurants for meat eaters. I am wondering if they took Kara & Nate to the Butter Chicken place. Delhi Food Walks is excellent at picking the places that are safe and clean so you don’t have to worry. Feel free to message me if anyone wants a recommendation. Ironically I am in Oman at the moment and hitting the places in Muscat from a few weeks ago.
KIDS!!! this is how good your vlogs are! I never ever ever wanted to go to India until tonight! safe travels kids. and how do I send yo my vlog when I get to India?!?!
This is very similar to the pay forward concept in the US (and perhaps in other countries as well). And its not necessarily homeless as much as people temporarily out of an income (maybe even just for that day) and sometimes workers just come here in order to save money that is never enough for other essentials.
I’m from India and the music you choose for your video I appreciate it from my heart it’s so authentic. You guys are you good in everything you do. Lot of love to you both adorbs ♥️♥️

Kara and Nate i absolutely love the music in your vlogs . I don't think you shout be concerned about it .
When Indian people smile, it seems to come from their heart!
Grahame Austin True !
Grahame Austin yeah
great observation skills!
And now u won my heart :)
Thnx😃😃
Does anyone love Kara's facial expressions when she's trying new food as much as me?! She's precious :)
Valerie Nichols. her mouth eats the food but the eyes seems got the taste haha..
Her expressions 😍
You are precious too, Valerie
She's gorgeous!
Her eyebrows go really high up when she is excited! Love her!
I even announce it Indian style when it's ready calling "chai garam chai" (tea, hot tea) which cracks my wife up! Jelabi is a family favourite here too!
YUM!! Lucky you!!! I must learn how to make some of this!
Rex Waldron Great that u have an Indian Wife. U will never be too far from tasty Indian Food
I am indeed blessed. Indian food is the best in the world in my view. Jai Hind!
M from Assam.. Love that u get tea leafs directly from here.. Ask him to send u Bhoot Jolokia(ghost pepper)
Those men who make good tea and announce like a genuine chaai wala ... become Prime Ministers...
So we share something in common dear :)
hahaha
Ok, you guys are really pushing India to the top of my travel list.
That’s what we like to hear😁
India has lot to offer
Let me assure you, It's totally worth it! Of course, after we are done with this global disease.

Tourist traps
Amit Sethi true that!
Mumbai food is best
but he is showing same places to everyone.

I love this. I wish I could watch you two on the travel channel!!! I cannot believe you edit this all on your own.

Carl Titmus I ate Indian in the UK and it was much different. Queen Elizabeth style haha not authentic at all.
No disrespect meant but Indian food outside of India does not qualify as Indian food infact most Indians would not even call it that.
So Indian families in England don't cook authentic Indian food ?
I'm indian still I felt that man was annoying and inappropriate 🤦 but Kara handled the situation very very well 👍
Absolutely that man is the example of people you should stay away from.
the two Indian guys in the comments section here are absolutely right.
Samuel Roy.. you aren't an Indian guy?
I LOVE your videos! You two inspire me every day, as I hope to travel the World in a few years (I am working hard and saving every single penny). Your relationship seems so wholesome and you try to embrace every single culture you enter, which is encouraging!
Thank you 💞 happy traveling! Don’t give up! 🌎
Good job!!!
Thank you💜💜💜
I am so happy with the selection of music you guys made its very authentic. unlike most people who search on google Indian background music.
This is the first video from India that I like... Having a person you trust to walk with you throughout Delhi and show you really good food makes me feel safe.
Your video shooting and editing are crazy good! Really well done! That Rode VideoMicro is doing a great job of capturing audio.
Amazing video! Wish, it would go on forever. You guys can now plan a group tour to India like Italy!
Love your attitude!! Thank you for showcasing India in a yummy light ❤️
i really love the vlog of india as i am from Pakistan so its the same thing the culture the food the roads and the people but the food is more tasty in india as it origin from there , breakfast you ate is the same we have here halwa puri chola aloo (the sweet thing you had in dow is called sujii halwa ) yogurt drink is called lassi and the most yumest thing paya (goat leg) i really want to visit India but can't because of the dispute on the borders , its great to see our nabour through TH-cam .
i would recommend you guys to visit Pakistan too it the same but a little bit cleaner with the beauty of northern sides .
Abdullah Zubair Paketwala to be honest pakistan now has only muslim culture in contrast to india which has multitudes of it.
Whoa..hey hey...did u just say that Pak is cleaner...??
Dear bhaijaan the part of delhi which they toured is the place from where your hundreds of years old ancestors come ... the darling of the city .. our country on the brink of becoming the most populous country that too with a quite lesser land mass ... a little chaos is very natural ....of course there will be some areas like this ... hardly 30 % of the city would be brimming with people & rest by cars etc.
However, not all places are like these .. rather very planned & clean
brother regardless of all issues I think ders still some scope left to visit India . just find it out how..anyway thankyou for ur kind comment 👍
I have no clue what the Indian songs are about but they blend in perfectly into your videos. I absolutely love your work. Thank you!
Food Tours are also one of my favorite things to do. This one was a winner!
So glad to have found your channel!! Fell in love with you guys💕
Good on you guys for donating those meals!!!
Its a great pleasure you guys liked our country and the way you presented it is absolutely fascinating.Thank you!!
-your Indian fan.
Breakfast food tours are what DREAMS are MADE OF. And that ending with that yogurt thing looked AMAZING
Hello Rachel Wolman. In India, every region has its own set of dishes in breakfast.
That is called Lassi. U can order it next time u go to an Indian restaurant but i doubt it whether u will get the original Indian flavour.
Joe Rogers Goat or Mutton is best cooked in India
I thought mined mutton is common in the west??
I just discovered you guys and I’ve been watching your india adventure series and it’s absolutely amazing and interesting to see how non-Indians look at India because I’m indian myself!! Love ittt!!
Really yummy looking food great food tour!
You people exude positive vibes...always smiling....cheerfull
You guys are amazing! Keep going and enjoy the chaos and simplicity of India; do visit kerala though 😁 all the best 💥😇
The fluffy cloud winter dish sounded (and looked) delicious! Your guide seemed great (as usual), and it looked like a great tour!
Isn’t amazing watching Kara enjoying food?!! 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Utkarsh Ag True. Takes to old bad places always.
God Bless u guys for showing india in Good Light.
U both r positive optimistic travellers.
Keep comin back.
Loads more to explore in india.
The only only Indian food I can't stand is Jalabi. Bleeuggghhh. Give me Ras Malai every single time
Tony Glenholmes swear ikr same buddy xD
Tony Glenholmes
Jalebi is overrated
its very hard to find a good jalebi, the best one are thin and super crisp but 90% time u wont get them
Being an Indian jalebi does not comes in best 10 sweets, if someone just say for argument then it is ok, being a taste explorer I not rate jalebi in top 10. Yes it is cheapest of all everyone can afford it.
U must try Carrot pudding, coconut ladoo and kaju katli
Kara and Nate, so good to see you guys enjoy India! Your warmth and openness to try new things makes your videos interesting to watch. I am from Delhi and was impressed about the food gems you guys discovered in old city. Best wishes!
Kara is so passionate about all the food :D haha I love that
Love the music and editing (this is some of your best work) Kara and Nate! I love seeing the world through your camera lens.
The food had me drooling in this vid! It’s interesting, I see so many men and very few women there.
Hardcore physical works dominated by male whil finance, childern, home management, etc dominated by females.(roughly 70%)
Some females are involved in office works like working in an It comapany, govt. jobs or say jobs that don't involve much physical work.
jayesh that is such a load of bullshit
Hrishabh Divya ,hope you have been following recent news about kathua,unnao...!!!..
I'm glad you guys had someone to guide you so kudos to Delhi food walks....but you guys are just so positive about everythn....it was inspiring watching you guys.
My favorite place so far.
You guys are amazing video editors! I feel like Im watching the travel network. Ive been binge watching kara and nate the last few nights!
REALLY GLAD THAT KARA AND NATE GOT TO TRY THE DAULAT KI CHAAT, DATS AMONG THE ACTUAL BEST FOOD DAT DELHI HAS TO OFFER.
Beautiful video with good tour and the music is cherry on top
You guys are my new favorite vloggers
Nate, your photography coupled with Kara's editing skills are on point! Just beautiful!
Thank you💜
Guys, how you select your back ground music? Because all the musics were so perfectly matched with the videos. I liked it!!
Ahh so glad you enjoy it! We use Epidemic Sound! I discovered it last May, and I will never use anything else! You can get a free 30 days of unlimited songs here share.epidemicsound.com/karaandnate :) 💜
Kara and Nate thanks .
I am enjoying while watching your videos.
Amazing slow mo shots and even better background music guys! Made my day :)
Tea is also 'chay' in Russian. Apparently, there are two words for tea in the world both coming from Chinese words, 'cha' and 'te'.
AlexGlushkov here in the U.S. there's a tea brand called Chai..
Russian is a indo European language just like most north Indian languages like Hindi, chai comes from Sanskrit not Chinese
@@joaquimfurtado4868 yes very true.....Sanskrit is the mother of all languages...
Lol cha word we r using since 1700 1600 in our local language
Its "Chai" in India too.
I just love the way u guys make the videos. Well I'm from the southern part of India, u guys being foreigners, are sharing the wonderful things on your videos. It really entertaining and we foodies really appreciate your work. Keep coming guys, make us smile.
Try south India
Hyderabad
Visakhapatnam
Bangalore
Chennai etc
You chose the right person to guide u, big fan of Anubhav sir. Great video.
Oh I love watching yall try food!!! 😉😊 it's so interesting seeing how they do stuff, WAY different than America!!!! Cheers for trying the goat foot, I don't know if I could have done that!!! 😉😂
Rachel Whitehead love you
Yeah, sadly American food sucks. Your food culture is boring.
Wery that's rude
I always wanted to go to India and I’m so glad I’ve found your channel. I’ve watched around 4 now. New subscriber.
That hi 5 though 😂😂😂 I've never laughed so hard. Thanks it made my day😊
c0p0pz I am cringing and laughing so hard at that failed high 5. 😁😁😁
Anupam is really a good guide. I have seen him in many food tours with foreigners in delhi. He makes it special and is very knowledgeable.
Forget Rick Steve's. You guys should be featured on your own travel channel.
Cilantro is one of my favorite herbs too. I grew some this past Spring. Glad you shared about the street food walk.
Kara and Nate with another 10 out of 10. Keep it up guys. Love the Indian vlogs
LOVE INDIA! Incredibly authentic country. People seem so nice and kind.
This guy Delhi food walks is everywhere and make them try the same thing and same content on TH-cam
That was amazing. The people seemed so sweet. Oh the food looks delicious.
Thanks for sharing.
I cannot stop binge watching ALL of your vlogs. My parents did the same world travel almost 25 years ago!!! Incredible experiences I can see.
Neat concept on feeding homeless! :)
You guys your India vlogs are so BEAUTIFUL! you're killing it!
That highfive....
KIDS!!! this is how good your vlogs are! I never ever ever wanted to go to India until tonight! safe travels kids. and how do I send yo my vlog when I get to India?!?!
Wow the homeless donation restaurant is such a cool concept!
This is very similar to the pay forward concept in the US (and perhaps in other countries as well). And its not necessarily homeless as much as people temporarily out of an income (maybe even just for that day) and sometimes workers just come here in order to save money that is never enough for other essentials.
Its vary hard to control myself so I am going to eat something like this supper food reason I am lahorei guy love from Pakistan
I’m from India and the music you choose for your video I appreciate it from my heart it’s so authentic. You guys are you good in everything you do. Lot of love to you both adorbs ♥️♥️
Indian food is best
