Well Quagmire was completely like that from Season 8-17 but ever since Season 18 premiered I feel like Quagmire is slowly starting to become a lot more tolerable despite not fully recovering from flanderization and has been getting along with Brian on better terms they obviously still have their rivalry but it’s no longer as awfully bad as it was before
