At R5, Sigewinne just need to do her Skill > Collect water droplets > Wait for the last bubble to heal her > Use Burst. The R5 weapon alone gives +80% HP 56% Crt Rate after getting all 3 stacks. At C6, she gained +20% Crt Rate and +110% Crt DMG after receive healing from her bubble. Capped at 50k max HP. She only needs 24% Crt Rate from her artifacts. Building her is much more convenient if you're a whale. Inconclusion, if you have no intent to get C6-R1~R5 Sigewinne, dont bother build her as a burst damage dealer, you're wasting your time. Focus on being a healer and a skill buffer for your teammates. Get her HP at 65k, with 135~155% ER (Hydro Resonance).

Neuvillette is an egregious case because he doesn't need sustain, strategy or dodging - just hold down left click. I like to build "underpowered" characters and see big numbers from them instead - that way the game still requires some skill and strategy to play, and I get a sense of achievement as well. that said, to each their own! heck, even I would like to C6 one of my faves as long as they weren't too overpowered (Childe or Albedo for example). Furina does look very stylish on field. I wish you luck ^^

Furina in this coop doesn’t burst at the right time when Sigewinne uses her burst except for the last phase, pretty sure this is a non-C2 Furina. And a C6R5 Sigewinne is pretty much equivalent to a C4R5 Neuvillette damage wise, that is already impressive for whale investment on a team healer.
