when I was there, water was pretty warm and especially warm in the dark cave with that starry sky, it was my favourite room there, the music was on (only drums) and the whole atmosphere reminded me if something primal
There is cold water in Miskolc! Yes! In Hungary is the best thermal bath in Berekfürdő, there the temperature of the water here is above 35-36 Celsius.
Hi Cindy 😄👋🏼 it was definitely unique and if there was hot water we would definitely recommend it. Perhaps in the warmer seasons it could be really nice as well. Thanks for watching ☺️
What lovely scenery that is. Beautiful setting. Is it just me or is Marek looking like Tarzan more and more by the day... Sarah, I am a baby when it comes to cold water. I don't like it at all. Pity it was cold. But this looks like a really unique thermal pool. We have only been to one in Bali, and that was not as cool as this one. More thermaly than this one and next to a lake, and not in Europe, but not as cool as this one... Loved the bloops...
We loved the autumn colours in Hungary! I have to agree with you, Marek definitely reminds me of Tarzan, especially when he wears his hair down 😄🙌🏼 I was so disappointed with the cold water 😩 I'm the same! We just kept imagining how amazing it would be if the water was warmer. A thermal pool in Bali sounds incredible! Thanks so much Riaan 😄
It is actually the warmest cave baths in Europe. In the cave there is 31,5 C° water there so It's not 40C° but still the most warm cave baths in Europe. And this baths is world-known, because this is a real cave.
Thank you so much! 😃 we were there in October 2021 and we stayed in Miskolctapolca so it was an easy walk to the baths 😁 there are plenty of accommodations options available 😄
Thanks so much. Thats great as I am planning to be there in October too! I plan on staying 2 nights in Miskolc and 2 at the magnificent Hotel Palota in Lillafured so I'm very excited for the photo opportunities. Did you find the thermal cave pools to be warm or on the cool side as I have seen varying reports!! ?? cheers, Marg @@SarahandMarek
Hi Kaza :) if you're driving via car it takes roughly 2 hours. If you travel via bus it takes a bit longer and you will need to catch another bus from Miskolc to Miskolctapolca. Hope this helps 😊

Just love the caves! Fresh pure water!!!!
Yes it was so cool! 😍 We just wish the water was warmer 🥶

We hadn't heard of Berekfürdő. Thank you so much for your suggestion Sandor! We'll be sure to check that out if we are ever in Hungary again 😃
awesome Guys, sure was a unique place. I love hot pools, bit disappointing they were not warm water going through there. Thanks for sharing.

Dankie ma 🥳
Such a fun video. Love the intro from Czech.
Thank you Mammer ☺️ I think you mean from Poland 😉
Beautiful scenery but would not like the cold 🥶 and of course the video is great as usual 🙏
We would love to have gone there at a warmer time of year 😅 the autumn colours were so pretty though! Thanks so much Courts 🥰
Very interesting guys...sorry to hear the water 💧 wasn't as warm as you expected. 🤔 like you said, maybe it was cos of the weekend! 😂 xxx
I think the thermal springs definitely took the weekend off 😂
The only thermal bath I’ve been to was the one in Reykjavik in Iceland, which was amazing!
That sounds incredible! Iceland is high up on our bucketlist 😍

Unfortunately the water was not very warm when we visited ☹
Great job
Loving your work guys. May I ask when you were there please, and did you stay overnight in Miskolc please? Cheers,
Marg

Hahahaha. My brother works there. As a massage therapist. ❤❤❤❤
So cool!
I don't like cold water either. ⛄ But you guys are tough guys, you still stayed in the cold water for 1 hour.
Thanks Ferry! 😄 Honestly, the only reason we stayed so long was because we found some warm pools outside of the caves and stayed there for a while 😅
Maybe I’ll go in summer, how long does it take to get there from busapest
