Could you freeze these to fry later? Haven't tried actual potatoes in it . Sounds good .
We wouldn't recommend it as the vegetables will lose their quality. What you could do is prepare the vegetable filling ahead and refrigerate in an airtight container. Wrap and assemble your lumpia just before frying.
