Peoples who life is an identity crisis because they don’t realize that they are just growing. We try to set too many thoughts and beliefs in stone not knowing that life is still moving. You don’t know enough to make almost anything concrete. We set our identity in outside things.
That was a pretty good analogy Joey gave towards the end, most of these artists don’t know what they’re talking about, but I liked that explanation he gave about brand identity vs artistry

I want that original east coast boombap sound. So I stopped fucking with Joey and I started listening to da cloth, hologram, cime apple, griselda etc. But Joey's new album brought us back!
