@@Geznoo actually I just realized I’m a little wrong. Shotarou and Philip are in it, but barely. The movie is essentially a flashback. It’s a good movie though. Adds depth to the characters in this movie

Eternal is part of what the Kamen Rider fandom knows as "Dark Riders". they are evil riders that appear in the special movie of each series, the first dark rider of the franchise appeared in the Kamen Rider Agito movie (the second rider of the Heisei era) called "Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4"
