    why do judges decide to take things to trial? why wouldn't a judge say "you guys, your facts are wrong, Here I'll give this back to you. fix it!"?

      Our house was locked from inside. We couldn't come in. Our neighbour gives a helping hand. Soon, we could come in. Then, a bat from somewhere is trapped inside and could not find way out. To date it is still flying around.
