I have one of these and it is a fantastic helicopter, takes a little getting used to though! My charger will only charge 1 battery at a time which sux and I found that this heli will chew through batteries very quickly and you will need new ones after not too long. Also, the range is not too bad, but be wary of it if you are flying over a roof or something (-;

I did suspect they will give out pretty quickly :| Are there like Turnigy ones that would work?? I tried the heli with a 2S turnigy one.. The heli does work on that one.. But I think the ESC wouldn't really like it ;)

+My stupid videos Hard to say! I don't think the hardware is Any different.. It has the same logic board.. They just programmed FHSS modulation into it (just software).. So I do wonder why that would have to cost more...
It's been on my list for some time. If you've got limber fingers, the lighter V977 will do the full range of aerobatics. I was blown away by how solid the V977 feels in '6g' mode, very locked in. Amazing how the technology's developed to where these hobby grade helis are sold as 'toys,' at prices unheard of a decade ago.

Oh, it's the same. I went over a lot of photos researching the V977. It's superb for getting used to collective pitch, I find. Later I want the V931 just for prototypical cruising around. Same internals but the heavier scale body takes away from aerobatics, which with my limited dexterity isn't a factor for me. I'm just continually amazed by the quality and capability...do you realize the trouble and expense obtaining a capable CP helicopter was 10, or worse, 20 years ago? Now for a little over $100 you can open the package and be flying in minutes! These would be considered a complete fantasy to people then. I keep saying every year, there's never been a better time to be in this hobby.
Yes.. correct :) I have 2 T-rex 450's.. one with a scale body, and 1 normal one.. It makes it a bit more sluggish.. Indeed! On the one hand it IS great.. What I allso see happening is that people just don't want to build / think for themselves anymore :$ But yep.. we now have post-stamp size quads.. that fly Fine :) Even outdoors ;)

my friend i have new on of this k123 when fly the motor getting hot and wires its new from banggood what u think problem when i take mean fram out on my hand with out canopy its ok the heat what u think the problem please do small test and see if hot or not thanks
Hello sir :) I've heard more people had that problem. I did not myself, but maybe it is colder over here :) What you could do, is take out the 2 small front windows (the triangular ones on the side) to add a bit more airflow.. Hope that helps :)

FHSS is a Futaba transmitter protocol :) Maybe YOU can help me by the way! I am looking for a nice scale looking helicopter (around 450 size).. have you come acorss nice ones??
Well technically you definately should be able to... they are on the same protocol and all.. I would not be able to tell you what the radio's settings should be though (dual rate / throttle curves etc).. Maybe goggle up a manual for the helicopter to see if that info is in the manual?

Ok dan wacht ik daar nog mee. Ik vlieg pas sinds kort met een quad copter en ik heb nu een THuG230. Daar ben ik nu mee aan het oefenen en ik vkieg niet zoals jij dat doet maar het gaat iedere lipo beter en beter. Als dat goed gaat dan komt er misschien een helicopter bij. Wel een kleintje wat mij beter lijkt om mee te beginnen.
Ja haha :D Dat is een prachtig apparaat.. Maar wel een beetje 'eng' om mee te vliegen.. Een beetje slecht landen, en er zijn dingen stuk (dat is me tot nu gelukkig nog niet gebeurd :$)

Regretably not.. I really don't know what protocol this is (you Probably could use the NV14 together with a multi-protocol module for this chopper..

I don't think so really.. To my knowlidge XK & Wltoys use different transmitter protocols..

Houd m'n films over deze heli in ieder geval in de gaten.. Ik denk dat ik wel wat ge roepen over hoe geschikt zoiets is voor beginners :)

Neh.. maybe the XK one has a different receiver.. But they are basically the same heli..
(WLtoys & XK are the same company)
