Bass-baritone Kevin Deas performs "Why do the nations so furiously rage" from Handel's Messiah, led by Music Director Martin Pearlman. Recorded December 11, 2021. Calderwood Studio at GBH.
OK, here is the ring I was missing in The Trumpet Shall Sound. There is little else you can do with this aria except righteous indignation. This is wonderful, and even with the heightened emotion the fluidity and ease of delivery is way beyond struggle. This is mastery.
Happy Birthday to the Late George Handel and Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 Blessings and Hugs 💖💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕!
For my money that is the best performance of this particular song out of the Messiah I've ever heard. I've heard a few. Not just the soloist the but ensuing full choir...🥰
One of my favorites! Bravo🎉🎉
Ahhhh ..... a truly heroic performance and masterful interpretation.
This should have over 1 million views. More stellar singing by the great Kevin Deas and fantastic supporting cast in the BB. Thank you for such a scintillating rendition!
Thoroughly enjoyed the technical proficiency of this singer; thank you or sharing!! :)
Very tough aria for lower voices. Beautifully rendered. Thanks.
really nice. My first model in lyricals musique
Great voice
Beautiful performance but such a sterile location.

Bravo!!!
❤
remarkable voice
to say the least
@@jandamskier6510 truly. I've never heard this sung so pellucid, balanced, yet direct to the words. The man has musical communication in his genes.
