It would be great to see this same layout with only the one door. Like the 2506s... basically a 2506 with the bedroom slide. That would be the perfect trailer! :)
We have this trailer. We have thought of taking the back steps out and of course leaving the back door locked and using that area for a desk or small sewing area. Wouldn't be that big of a deal taking out or replacing in the future. Expensive wall area.
Hello! For the sake of brevity I just try to do a quick walk-through. Additionally, because the slides are power they can be ran in relatively quickly, so in my opinion any unit is usable with slides in as long as they are power. When we travel we regulatory will pull over at a rest area and put a slide out a few inches just to give ourselves a little more access. Thanks for watching!
Hello! This floorplan is typically in the mid-to-upper 3os new. We no longer have this particular unit in stock but we do have several other Mini-Lites in stock. Here are our current Mini-Lites: www.arrowheadcampers.com/search.php?search-make=Mini+Lite+TT&clicked=new&sorted_by=4&page_limit=50
Is this unit avail with a dinette instead of theater seating? If so, what is the size of the dinette; regular (or u-dinette) or table/chairs? Otherwise, thinks this is a GREAT option!! Y'all Be Safe!
Yes, that is an option. I do not have the exact measurements readily available though. You can have either a sofa, table/chairs, booth, or theater seat!
Yes. Rockwood Mini-Lites are by far our most popular product. I would suggest ordering one now to guarantee delivery. It has been taking 12-14 weeks to get pre-sold units to me. My own general stock are taking far longer than that. Would be happy to get you a special order-out price. Give us a call or text!
Were you having a bad day Josh for lol, So not like you to not give an over all view of the layout coming in?? And whats up with the really close closeups?? This is the only time without the volume on that you left me scratching my head to try and figure out the layout..
Prices vary widely depending on build date due to the constantly changing pricing as a result of labor shortages and material price increases. We don't have one in stock but I would expect the actual sale price of our next one to be in the mid-to-upper 30s. We should have one within a month.
It is well under the tow rating for almost all half-ton trucks and would be safe. There may be some exceptions, but they will be rare (older trucks, some half-tons with small V-8s). I would use a weight distribution hitch with sway control additionally to further improve the towing experience.
@@arrowheadcampersales Most cargo capacities will disappear before towing capacity is reached. I have a 2020 Toyota Tundra SR-5 4x4 Double Cab Sport 5.7 liter V-8, and I know my truck if hitched up to this beautiful coach would be over capacity payload wise. Better get a bigger truck, or one that's got lots of payload.
This trailer has unloaded weight of 6100lbs and a gross weight rating of 7800lbs so it would probably have a tongue weight around 700lbs-800lbs depending on how you load it. Since payload capacity and other ratings really varies on half tone trucks you need to look up the numbers on your truck and weight your truck. You need to know these 4 weight numbers/ratings below to figure out what your truck can legally handle... Tow Rating is NOT one of them because this rating is usually close to GCWR - Curb Weight and doesn't account for what you have in your truck for payload. Tow Rating does not matter if you are under the GVWR, GCVW, and Hitch Weight Rating numbers of your truck. Curb Weight - use a CAT scale to figure this out to be sure GVWR (Gross Vehicle Wright Rating) - Maximum total weight of the truck including accessories, fuel, passengers, cargo, and trailer hitch weight GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) - Maximum total weight of truck and trailer including accessories, fuel, water, passengers, cargo Hitch Weight Rating - If you do not have a factory hitch make sure you know what that hitch is rated for GVWR - Curb Weight = Payload Since RV Trailers have tall flat sides the wind really effects how they pull because of this I would highly recommend not going over 80% of the GVWR, GCWR, or Hitch Weight Rating numbers of your truck, and if you are an inexperienced tower 70% would be even better. Many people say they have no problem towing a RV Trailer right at their trucks limit but I don't care who you are, towing a trailer in a 30mph wind is a very unpleasant experience even with a properly setup Weight-Distribution/Anti-Sway hitch and a properly balance trailer.
Actually, Rockwood specifically only uses Azdel on their smaller units due to Azdel having less strength in longer length spans. That's why they only use it in Geos and smaller Mini-Lites.
@@arrowheadcampersales Don't get me wrong, Rockwood make great units in fact, my T.T. was gonna be a Rockwood but with a family of four, the truck I had at the time wasn't capable of the tow weight, so I had to go with a stick and tin unit.

We have not had any quality control issues as of late at all.
@6XChamps Yup, they're incredibly well built units. We've been doing this for 50 years and they are definitely one of the top brands we have ever sold.
It's a relatively new thing to the RV industry. The term "residential" in the RV industry typically refers to a larger than normal, non-absorption-cycle-style refrigerator. Historically that referred to the 110V ones. A few years back Everchill introduced a "residential" refrigerator with a 12V compressor instead of a 110V one which has exploded in popularity due to the lack of a need for an inverter.
They ALL have hidden hinges. "Residencial refrigerator " 12 volt...How many homes you know that are 12 volt? That's a 12V 10 cu ft unit made especially for campers.🤔
Hello! I'll try to clarify my comments as best as I can. Many brands do not utilize hidden hinges as they are more costly and difficult to install. Face frame hinges are cheaper and commonly used in the RV industry. In the RV industry the larger 12V/110V refrigerators are often referred to as "residential" due to their increased capacity and cooling style . Historically the gas/electric refrigerators used in our industry were only 6-8 cubic foot (even smaller if they were the smaller 110V/12V/LP three-way refrigerators),. whereas this one is 10.6 cubic feet. Additionally, instead of the absorption-style cooling system with a large coiled heat exchange system on the back of the refrigerator this uses a standard compressor like residential refrigerators. This provide a much quicker cool-down time compared to an absorption system. These two attributes are the primary reasons why we refer to them as "residential-style". Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
It is definitely optimal for two people, but you could get it with a tri-fold sofa instead of theater seats and have a great bed for two kids. The best Mini-Lite for a family is the 2509S
