Coming from a DIE HARD Clemson fan.... I HOPE WE GET A REMATCH WITH YOU GUYS IN THE PLAYOFFS..... It will be fun to watch another INSTANT CLASSIC like we watched in this one.... HATS OFF TO SMU..... BEAT PENN STATE!!!!
As an SMU alum who played in the infamous Death Penalty years (1982-1986), we were happy to show we could compete. Lashlee is a class act - refused to use excuses (he was irate for some non-calls). The guy gets emotional talking about his players. Real players coach. The 2nd string QB Preston Stone is a stud, and Lahslee handled his demotion to start Kevn Jennings so well. Stone is an NFL-type passer with a big arm, but the OLine could not keep the non-mobile QB clean and had to go to Jennings. Debo was awfully classy too in victory. They seem like similar personalities. Go get Texas - - you can beat them
He's absolutely correct, if it went to OT, they were almost certainly going to beat us. It was such a great game, but they definitely had the momentum in the end.
The common denominator here is Christ 935US. Both coaches and both teams are aware everything comes through Him. In fact, it appears every major field sport shares an architecture pleasing to God. There are so many particulars about American Football that give it an edge in its advance on the world stage. A former NFL player organized a league in Ukraine before the war cut that dream short. Russia was also warming up to the sport. As a developmental sport, it is one of the best in producing young men with outstanding leadership qualities. What a thrill it is to be alive at a time when college football is setting the tone for what will eventually be a world-wide contest.
They definitely had the momentum, but that was an arrogant thing to say. I personally think SMU should be in, but the reality is, they lost to the only two ranked teams they played the entire season.

Wow we are so lucky it didn't go to overtime 😂😅😂😅

Now he has to hold on to a bunch of players who have no loyalty to the school. Please reference Florida State.
