The trick with sleeping with snoozers is to cut earplugs half length, and that makes them comfortable to sleep in. I've got hyperacusis so I pretty much have to wear them as soon as I leave the house.
It's so sad that this doesn't get as many views as the Omegle videos. As many others here in the comments think, it's amazing to see how far you have come and it was a genuinely good paced and edited vlog. Something must be up with the TH-cam algorithm since I didn't get this video recommended on my feed so I had forgotten about you for a bit. Keep up the great work!
