There are a lot of considerations when moving to another state. Some states have state income taxes (such as California), or laws that will seem strange (e.g., Louisiana), or local customs or traditions that would seem offensive. Consider also the availability of nearby: doctors/hospitals, the types of restaurants/foods you like, and wifi/cell phone service. You may be surprised to find that you have to resort to Amazon to get your favorite foods, and there are no fill-in-the-blank restaurants within 100 miles! Of course, that could be an opportunity... for you to open a store and supply the goods/services to your area. :D

@@NickJohnson People say they wouldn't live in a nasty homeless encampment and yet they do.
Thanks NICK..
Greensburg Indiana started a move here program. It’s about an hour west of Cincinnati on I-74. All I can say is, don’t do it. LOL
👏 Another Greensburg person here.... Don't freaking move here. We have ONE Walmart... You can't move around in it. We have some gas stations a Burger King and a McDonald's. That's about it.
You are sooo entertaining 😁Thank you
I found three places to take remote office worker computer class online and Im going to take it! only problem is certificate not offical and cant figure out why main colleges have this no certifed certificates like coursera college! when your first 30 jr college classes should be accredited and free online at coursera to make your college education even so you can get into main government and factory production waree house neighborhoods in america and work your way on up at the college level to run for state or federal government jobs!
I live in Silicon Valley and there’s no way in hell I am going to take a 70k pay cut to move to a city that pays you up 10k to work remotely.
Lol I think it's for other people
Silicon valley =👿 everywhere. No thanks, not even worth it.
You'd probably save 100k in living costs alone over a few years time
If my job were permanently WFH (which for no legitimate reason, it is not), I'd actually consider Mankato, but only because I already have family in the area. We even occasionally drive down to Mankato to eat at the Buffalo Roam Steak House when I'm visiting. Pretty good buffet for a small town country restaurant. And it doesn't really have to be since it's one of the only restaurants in town... if not the only restaurant. 😆
Fun!
You are always so funny !+ Thanks,.... good info
I love the video I think your videos are awesome keep up the good work man
I live in Alaska for 20+ years the money 💰 you get yearly varies lowest about $1000 the highest seen $3000. Been low for some time State keep stealing are money
LoL. You put lots of humor in your videos
Isn’t Memphis one of the feature cities on the 1st 48?
Yo Nick! We live just 30 minutes from Mankato and we actually own a house there that we are fixing up to sell. It may not be the most exciting town but I have definitely seen more boring places so I would have to disagree on that even though I did see a funny video where some TH-camrs from Cali went out to Mankato to throw a party since it was "the most boring town in the US"
YEs Theory did that video! Loved it!!!
I saw that video. Those townfolk were lit lol. Seemed like a very nice bunch
Wow! A fellow North Carolinian! Ya know, I swore Gaston county must have been giving incentives because I can’t imagine anyone voluntarily moving there. Lol!!
Love your video ! channel is awsome
It’s actually West Virginia University. Maybe you’ll run into Larry Bird in French Lick, IN.
Larry don't live there anymore.
LMAO at the 50k Memphis joke....thanks Nick...I needed that laugh
It's not a joke it's very serious
@@NickJohnson I live in memphis I would love to hear more of what people think of our city
@@NickJohnson please share the Memphis information I'll go
I am laughing about Mankato Kansas. It is in Jewell county Kansas. It has the oldest population in the state of Kansas. There is absolutely nothing there.
OK, someone who lives in NW Arkansas, a place that you listed as they will pay you $10K and give you a bicycle.
We have less than 250 places left to purchase in a county of 250K+. Ever since Walmart started requiring vendors to have an office nearby, it has been a population explosion. Over the past years, that has gone to extremes to the point where housing pricing has increased 40%. Houses that sold for $350K 4 years ago, will now sell for $650K. A condo downtown Bentonville went for over a million a couple of weeks ago.
I saw one video a month ago I don’t know how I ended up here now I wanna watch them all
Hey Nick ... How are you man ?? Today's topic is about money sort of .....After my retirement l am gonna stay one of the city lol... But anyways appreciate your creativity and trying to bring new stuffs ... Keep doing... Be safe and healthy ... Peace ✌️
You have a good beginning to your holiday season!
50,000.00 to move to Memphis, Tennessee? Memphis, Tennessee is a down right "NIGHTMARE." A real "hellhole." I wouldn't move to Memphis, Tennessee for all the tea in China. I only drink English tea no coffee..
I live in memphis now I don't see what others see I guess I love my city iys not the beat but it not completely terrible
I am in the age range for many of these places and would love to relocate somewhere more affordable. But my career is in hospitality. Hotels can't have employees work from home.
Ok
@@wertiaaudit5746 ok
There are a lot of considerations when moving to another state. Some states have state income taxes (such as California), or laws that will seem strange (e.g., Louisiana), or local customs or traditions that would seem offensive. Consider also the availability of nearby: doctors/hospitals, the types of restaurants/foods you like, and wifi/cell phone service. You may be surprised to find that you have to resort to Amazon to get your favorite foods, and there are no fill-in-the-blank restaurants within 100 miles! Of course, that could be an opportunity... for you to open a store and supply the goods/services to your area. :D
Hi Nick, do you think it's possible to relocate to these cities if you'll be coming from a different part of the world or outside of US? Thanks in advance!
Actually....it's true. Everyone wants to move from people they can't stand. Californians are a prime example.
Californians and liberals are the only locusts who destroy their own areas and then then run to destroy everyone elses.

The guy from Britt, Iowa was so nice! Lol
Is there a website to get more information??
Curious what percentage the money will be taxed? Yes…that free money will be taxed. Would it fall under the winning tax or whatever they call it, which is taxed at a much higher rate?
