it was a sort of guided "improvisation". very interesting document. thanks for the upload. here is a comment from Archivio Luigi Nono: "Riguardo a Découvrir la subversion: hommage à Edmond Jabès il Comitato prende atto che l’esecuzione di Parigi è stata un’improvvisazione guidata da Nono su un catalogo di suoni precedentemente studiati con gli interpreti ed organizzati nell’esecuzione dal compositore stesso, secondo una propria idea compositiva, non ancora definita con una partitura. Nella stesura della partitura era consuetudine di Nono di intervenire e modificare quanto sviluppato nell’esecuzione (tra i tanti esempi storici, si ricorda in particolare quello di Omaggio a Kurtàg). Sarebbe pertanto assolutamente arbitrario presentare una partitura ricostruita sull’esecuzione stessa. Ne consegue l’impossibilità di autorizzare nuove esecuzioni."
Now I love it now I lose it now I want to grab it but it slips away and quietly this continues with next a louder feel then again a dip another dip and I persevere trying to make sense primitive as I am but still curious and keen to learn, to taste the Apple of La Connaissanse yet realising its unfathomable depth but it is too easy and uncourageous to give up so I persist and it drags on and on and it diverts me it distracts me a fist full of dollars no no distract Not appreciate it for what it is and what it is not;oh I am going crazy, solace yet with the flute and scream with the crescendoing and a sense of panic 'maccapare' and not too soon after I calm down it's dark and I grope on .... then clapping thank God I sustained now I feel I am cultured ....
