Haha thanks man it was either gonna X-menTAS or SpidermanTAS theme music glad I found a dope hop hop remix of it 😂 And do it man with your skill it’d be 10 times better no doubt !
I was too haha what I forgot to show was I wrapped some tape around both ends of the long screws to kinda jam them into the batwing and the mount. 😅😂 I’m sure the actual metal pegs it comes with are perfect. The anchors I used said it can support 75 pounds we should be good ! 😂
I don’t really remember the ones that came with the batwing but this was actually my first time using any anchors and these white ones worked great ! I’m usually a thumbtack or screw right into the stud type of guy haha
Hey collect this is awesome simple but effective I like the moon in red man this is amazing work dude. Was curious what about a hoola hoop was it small just curious
Thanks Red ! And haha my fiancé told me the same thing don’t know why I didn’t think about it I honestly haven’t seen a hoola hoop in years just thought 4 bucks was cheap for this plumbers tubing so I went with it haha
I honestly never considered it. This circle was originally supposed have a almost 11 ft circumference so supposed to be one foot longer than this ended up. But since they only sold this tubing in increments of 1 ft 10ft or 20ft I went with the 10ft and tried to add 1ft smaller tube inside to extend it. The circle became a oval once I extended it so ended up just closing it all the way. Also I originally wanted to put the led lights through the inside of the tube itself so I got white tubing specifically to diffuse the lights but I when I did the the light were too dull. Lastly I haven’t seen a hula hoop in years haha I’m pretty sure they would only have kid size hoops at Walmart 😂
Murder. Great idea bro. Looks great. Definitely diffuse and have the leds facing inwards if possible. Make the circle round and it will look professional sick and sweet. Congrats on the podcast, may your support network keep growing. I once back-lit my dartboard and that looked good. You get shit done. And that's a vital skill. You don't mess about, you find a work around and get it done. But be prepared to do a 2nd version of some things with your gained experience. How you be losing parts from a 260 dollar plus shipping item? That's nothing new though!! :))
Dope!!! Looks sick... Great job.... can't wait to check out the podcast.... 💪💀

@@Collect2Disconnect I prefer spiral anchors compared to the ones that came with the Batwing, works much better in sheet rock.

Would a hula hoop work a little better for this project? I mean it would be round and you could still staple or hot glue gun the fabric to it.
