    Thanks! I had no idea about the keyboard and teleprompter features. Nice production value for your video but you might want to turn the volume up a bit so the ads aren't so loud by comparison.

      Can you play games on the iPad with this controller, or is it only a mappable shortcut for iPad?

      @@isswilee2723i think in nintendo switch mode you can connect it as a pro controller to your ios devices but i am not sure

    Nice video. I use the micro for work presentations and gaming on my phone. It controls windows and apps nicely. And it’s really cool with retro gaming and things like Apple Arcade.

      Thanks for watching. The micro zero 2 is great in keyboard for app shortcuts. It’s so easy to carry around in the bag.

    What about latency? Which one has the better response when connect to android phone?

    • @BackNTheBox
      @BackNTheBox  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Unfortunately I don’t own an android phone anymore to test that. I would doubt there is much difference but if latency is a concern I would look at controllers that connect directly to the phone or have a 2.4ghz dongle. Thanks for watch and the question, I wish I could be more helpful for your situation. If you end up getting one of the controllers please comment back with your thoughts on it.

      Yes it can be connected in the other modes for gaming. I would suggest the m30 controller from 8bitDo for retro style gaming. It has the retro feel (no sticks) and is a bit bigger for more comfortable long term gaming.

      @@BackNTheBoxBut can the M30 be connected to an iPad (and a Mac)? At least according to the 8bitdo homepage, it says nothing about compatibility with Apple?

    • @bland9876

      @@PSKuddelit has a keyboard mode so probably however I don't know how many games on an iPad would support being played with a keyboard.

    'micro' doesn't support X-Input... so only Keyboard Mode on windows.

    • @jimdoom2276
      @jimdoom2276 ปีที่แล้ว

      It has D-input, and you can connect Switch controllers to PC anyway, so it should work ok as a controller actually. No analog trigger support, but no physical analog triggers anyway 😊

      I wish I knew it earlier, I bought it specific for Windows

    • @bland9876

      @@jerry27sydIf you add all your games to Steam then you can just use the Steam configurator with every game.
      Back when I used to play Fortnite for example that's how I would use D input controllers with Fortnite which doesn't support D input controllers.

    Is it a good controller for competitive gaming?

    • @BackNTheBox
      @BackNTheBox  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I would recommend it for the person I playing against. Especially for first person shooters. But no for your own play best to pick a more comfortable and functional controller.

    “Gimmicks or little toys” while showing the game boy micro… *Smashes the dislike button even though the review and comparison was good*😂

    • @BackNTheBox
      @BackNTheBox  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I will agree it was unfair to include the micro with the other shown devices. I loved my gameboy micro, but it was hard to choose it to play over the SP. The screen was just so small. The gameboy micro does feels better in the hands then the 8Bitdo Micro.

    • @michaelhuss0
      @michaelhuss0 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I liked my Micro over my SP back in the day, because the screen was small but dense; It gave the impression of higher resolution. Whether I would think that now, 20 years later with older eyes, is a different question. 😂
