I went for visa about 2 weeks ago, i was denied i am a job, i took my banks statements...i told the truth i said i was going for visit and to see my son... the officer asked me several question about my son nothing about me then denied me...its so unfair i really wanted to see my son.

Got approved, smoked a blunt on the way home, one year and a half later she was pregnant , we were automatically approved for the second interview for the permanent green card and it was a good think because the baby came out black! Neither she or I are black!

I hired a very good attorney here in California but while he was filing for me he really didn't ask for much evidence he just said my wife and I should have good evidence ready before we're called for interview, this was last year's March. After filing I was asked for RFE for Co sponsor and we gave them. Every since, we've been waiting for our interview, what could be the issue please help? I got my EAD 2 months after filing.
