I just leased the Cadillac LYRIQ for the same reasons they couldn’t get rid of them and they wanted to get them out the door zero down 400 a month for 24 months doesn’t sound like the best deal but it is $71,000 car my residual showing 41,000 end of lease
Dollar for dollar, you don’t! Sales people often make the mistake of being convinced that price rules everything. For some, yes, for most, no. In this scenario we are comparing 2 different classes of cars. Buyers will pay more for what they like more. If they don’t see the value, we’ll never talk them into it so we offer different options instead.
Any dealer would love to have this guy as a manager. As good as they get. AMG models never leased that great. For years. BMW have always been less $. Only until Covid nonsense arrived. Did their leases get wacky.
if i become a salesman again i want to be as informative as you. not just saying are we going to make this deal today? is this something we are going to get done today? over and over again.
He's giving a background look into how the industry works. That's the opposite of taking himself too seriously, he is being transparent. You either take information you see and use it to your advantage and understand how it works, or you get hosed, as I'm sure you always do because you don't even have the sense to understand good information when you see it.
Okay. I can see why your the sales mgr. You are a stone faced, don’t mess with me, kinda guy. You own that position. Solid work !!
@@joelcleare I’ll take that as a compliment! 😂
I want to hear more about this C Class lease. Doug is the best. I wish this was my local MB dealer.
Thank you my friend! C-Class demos are crazy good right now
The C-class is terrible, that's why it's cheap

Very educational. Thank you
@@WFO. thank you for watching!
Recently what has been good MB leases besides electric cars? I’m scared of negative equity but I need to get something by the end of the year.
I was a sales manager for 20 years and closing the sales person sometimes is harder than closing the customers
@@JR-hs4lz I’d say it almost always is!
So how do you overcome the $500 lower payment on the BMW?

I like this guy, but it's alarming that people don't already know this stuff.

Thank you for the kind words, means a lot!!
There's some solid perspective here, really. That said, did you use AI to edit this? There's so many cuts!
This one, yes I did.. experimenting and I agree it was a bit over the top with the cuts!
You look like a young Ryan Serhant😂
Can you tell us the lease numbers on the new E53 now? 10k miles, 36 months.

M3 don't lease well anymore. Minimum.1300 for a base
That's still pretty enticing for a performance car!
😂 Wealthy “pay more taxes” 😂
I damn near spat my water out when he said that, like sir what?! Sure dollar wise, but percentage wise absolutely not lol
Yes, top 10% pay 70% of taxes by revenue. Stop it.
@ 😆 that’s not even the top tax rate. 🤡
It's a fake AMG
Bro is a car salesman. Calm down. You don't sell planes or multimillion corporate contracts.
Don't I though? We have clients who spend millions on cars over the course of only a few years. Besides, what is "wrong" about being in car sales?
Just a finance guy. Nothing more. Trying to squeeze every dollar. Takes himself too seriously

@ are you serious? That’s what you see ?
@ so you listen to the finance guy on how how not,to get taken advantage of. . You seem very smart.
I'm not a finance guy :)
