Why are there 2 extra band members??
They have 3 extra touring members to help out fill out the sound and one of them does all the keyboard parts and the two in the back particularly do a lot of the backing vocals

Yeah, Jason Freeze is part of their live crew since American Idiot...
The 3 extra members are live crew for back vocals, guitar, and piano. Jason white has been touring since 99 or warning era and was a member for the trilogy, but stepped down after his cancer diagnoses. Jason Freeze has been touring since American idiot doing vocals, piano, and saxophone for king for a day. Kevin joined after they forced jeff matika out because of him doxxing his ex gf.
