I look at people like him as a guide of what not to do when you start to age lmao. Cosmetic surgery is mostly corrective, so it's not meant to be used to sculpt a new face. This man has done just that and has messed up any natural beauty he may have had at one time. He's got an unnaturally large and square jaw with a tiny nose. This tiny nose makes his side profile look very off amongst his large mesh of strange features.

Men with too small of a nose messes with the masculine proportion of the face. Tiny noses look weird on women too but extremely strange on guys. Makes the whole rest of the face look too big. A 3” gap between your upper lip and nose doesn’t make your face look better. Glad the doctor didn’t make his nose any smaller. If you’re going to do anything make it larger and longer to chisel the face and add a look of structure to the jaw and cheeks. People need to stop it with the tiny turned up baby nose. It does the opposite of what you think it does to your face as a whole.

He doesn't look 47 but he looks very unnatural and not youthful. Also, no matter what your body looks like - your brain and development are still that of your true age. That never changes. I'm not trying to be preaching 'beauty on the inside' but looking younger doesn't mean you are younger. You'll still feel the oldest in a crowd of 20 or 30 somethings because your body can't be as active as someone 20 years younger. You may think you 'look' like that demographic, but you're still a 47-year-old with an issue of not accepting yourself. Shame.

Men with too small of a nose messes with the masculine proportion of the face. Tiny noses look weird on women too but extremely strange on guys. Makes the whole rest of the face look too big. A 3” gap between your upper lip and nose doesn’t make your face look better. Glad the doctor didn’t make his nose any smaller. If you’re going to do anything make it larger and longer to chisel the face and add a look of structure to the jaw and cheeks.
People need to stop it with the tiny turned up baby nose. It does the opposite of what you think it does to your face as a whole.
