For people who are using 2023 and want to open their files on 2020, be aware that any effects that you have used in 2023 will NOT open in 2020. Therefore if you have subtitles or you used the remix tool on your music or anything that's not supposed to be in 2020, you would have to remove those effects in 2023 and THEN follow these steps. Make sure to save your original file as a copy before you proceed with this. I hope this helps. I found out the hard way, hope this is easier for you.
