Well sketch, if you want to be a pilot, here is a list on what to do to start up and fly a plane (At least in Microsoft flight sim 2020 in an A320) Turn on the ground power unit Turn on battery Turn on master apu and I think apu standby and wait until it says avail Then click apu bleed Connect gate, catering, ramp, all that good stuff Then pushback Press all the fuel pumps Set small dial to ing/crank Flip those 2 switches to start the engines After they start up do not move, lower flaps Ignore atc they are annoying but if you wan to be realistic then fine Taxi to the runway Request permission to take off Climb like 6,000 feet then turn to your destination (could be less) Climb to between 29 to 38 thousand feet and set autopilot to hold that altitude, heading, and speed While you wait to arrive depending on how long the flight is, idk do something with your life Once the atc tells you to descend, descend to the altitude they told you Lower flaps (when taking off you were supposed to raise them I forgot to tell you that) Lower throttle to about 50 percent When aligned with runway set your throttle to idle (25 percent) Align with runway The papi lights will tell you if you’re too high or too low, try and get 2 red and 2 white lights, that’s perfect, there will be 2 white lines on the runway. TOUCH DOWN ON THOSE, if you touch down later, go around and try again I’d you touched down successfully, pull the throttle all the way down until it clicks (or unless you have a separate reverse throttle) this will activate your reverse thrust, it helps to slow you down At the same time, activate your spoilers At the same time, hold down the breaks Once you reach 60 knots, stop using your reverse thrust and set throttle to idle to taxi to your gate Once you vacate the runway, turn off breaks and spoilers Once at gate, request jetway connection, baggage, and fuel supply. Repeat the steps for a second flight
