Actually, this is based on a true story, the victim was a 17 year old child. The suspect was the son of a government official, he was 20 years old at the time of the incident. The victim was in a coma for approximately one month, and he had to suffer permanent disability due to very severe brain tissue damage. the suspect was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
