It was the prefect storm, coaches, players, fans and bounces. Wavy, I hope to see you again next year. Win, lose or draw that were hitting each other like heavy weights. The score was not representative of the intensity of play by Clemson.
I'm so happy for LSU. They deserved it. It was nice to see LSU brought back a National championship after many years. Great coach Ed Oregeron and great team. I was praying for LSU to win and glad they won.
Gonna go down as one of the greatest college teams of all time like 1995 Nebraska. In my opinion if they aren’t the best, they are right behind them. Then 2001 Miami and 1999 FSU. What a joy to get to witness this team.

Live in Jackson Ohio. Have to drive to Athens everyday for work, which is about a 35-40 minute drive. Jackson and athens use to be in the same league until Athens split off. Jackson and athens still play time to time. Usually Jackson comes out on top. When Joe played us his junior year, good God all mighty. His senior year he didn't even win the Gridiron player of the year. It was the quarterback from Jackson that did. Gridiron is a southern ohio high school football highlight show. And gridiron glory is broadcast out of Ohio University. They snubbed Joe. He is a hero around these parts for sure. As he is in Louisiana, he is here in Ohio. Once Ohio St. was eliminated, Joe carried us on his back. Such a humble guy. Just wish it would have been LSU-Ohio St.. Would have been a great story and moment.

Also an OSU fan and are happy for Joe as well. Should have been OSU vs. LSU but it's hard to overcome 4 or 5 critical game changing calls in a game. Two of which took away two touchdowns and another effectively handed Clemson one (questionable pass interference call in the 3rd).

You’d need a complete defense at every position to stop LSU’s offense. Clemson has that except on the D-line. As a result, they couldn’t get pressure on Joe without blitzing linebackers and DB’s, which opened the middle for the QB run game and the short pass. When they didn’t blitz, Joe had time to throw it downfield to Ja’Marr. Unless you’ve got a NFL draft pick at every defensive position, you’re not stopping Burrow and that offense.
A healthy Ohio state would’ve made it competitive if they didn’t win. Jeff okudah is the only corner in the country that can play man to man on their wr1. The rest of the secondary could lock them up in a tight zone.

You’d need a complete defense at every position to stop LSU’s offense. Clemson has that except on the D-line. As a result, they couldn’t get pressure on Joe without blitzing linebackers and DB’s, which opened the middle for the QB run game and the short pass. When they didn’t blitz, Joe had time to throw it downfield to Ja’Marr. Unless you’ve got a NFL draft pick at every defensive position, you’re not stopping Burrow and that offense.

@ Coach Day just put the blame on Ohio State. He mentioned failure to score touch downs 3 times in the red zone. 4 tries to get 7 yards. interception in the end zone which ended the game. He claimed OSU was guilty of the punting penalty.
Facts are Ohio State has played the ACC's Clemson 4 times and lost all four times....
Wrong just the opposite. A healthy Ohio state would’ve made it competitive...and lost a competitive game to Clemson. 4 straight losses in a row to Clemson.
