The Denel G6 will make all of these bow. Successfully test at 76.3km with VLAP and battle proven
Doubt this as it would fuck up in our terrain … not built for it and completely different category …
Archer from sweden outstanding.
G6 Denel land systems
One of the best.
K9 Vajra is the one of the best on earth !! Still not on the list, editor must be high on dope making video :D
K9 Vajra is an exportation version of k9 thunder. It's same.
K9 Thunder = K9 Vajra
PLZ-52가 3위라는게 놀랍다....
K9 SP artillery for on demand accurate fire power and K239 K-MLRS rocket launchers will make river of fires covering large area against larger opponents. Quality, price and spare parts will be available due to in large quantity of these in service with S Korean Army 1200 for K9 and 360 for K239. German weapons are nice too but almost twice more expensive and not many spare parts available due to only few in service for German Army. Next 5 years, S Korean military budget is about to pass Japan, Germany, UK and France coming close to $60 billion a year. Polish decided to use K9 chasis due to stability problem with T72 chasis using for heavy SP artillery. Nice about K9 is that it has computer system for tri rounds landing at target same time, auto loader, fastest auto reloading system with K10 loader carrier, compatible with US GPS system and long range without using rocket assisted rounds.
A shame the Archer was ignored
It also has a MRSI-system (Multiple Round Simultaneous Impact). It seems to a layman a devastating piece of technology. - And without having to leave the cockpit...
G5/6 too.
The Swedish Archer? It's selfpropelled. Or does that only include the tank chassis one?
It seems so. No wheeled vehicles here...
No1 = OKAY Agree
No2 = WHAT??? WHY ???
No3 = WHAT??? China Dance Machine
No4 = WHAT??? No2
The South African G6 is still the best in my opinion
But does not belong in this category … they excluded wheel based ones … it is pretty old and not for our terrain.
South African G6-52 Rhino beats them all, and has seen service in war.
Awesome guns
We all know that germany wins when it's about badass ground vehicles
But too expensive..nobody don't buy..K9 similar capacity. and half price..and don't worry after service
@@MrStevenphelps3 And a Hyundai is cheaper than a Mercendes, it doesn't mean it's better though. Let me guess. You are Korean, aren't ya?

@@Stratigoz Of course Mercedes better 🤣 … just check the manufacturing quality … difference like day and night … Hyundai like Mercedes 🤣😂 … changing from a Mercedes to a Hyundai is a culture shock … Hyundai same quality as Mercedes … 🤣 … thats why certain cars are more expensive as the quality differs … do not get me wrong many Japanese and Korean cars have plenty of gimmicks and extras … great budget cars … but lower quality … hence its cheaper … quality is more sturdy, lasting, less repairs … does not mean they are crap … they are solid cars … same with other brands … Vauxhaul is of a much cheaper built quality compared to VW … I drove all of them … and quality comes with price … worst was Vauxhaul … Hyundai was really solid and fun but built quality upgradeable … Mercedes was fabulous … no matter if newer ones or the 40 year old I had … and drives and drives and drives … VW is nice … changing from Vauxhaul to VW was a culture shock as well! But here its military vehicles and here price also comes with quality … the PzH9000 is fabulous gear … plenty of high tech … reliable, precise, great accuracy … but more complicated to handle … but I would go for the K9 … but of course the PzH9000 is a very popular piece if fear and it is bought … its irrelevant where someone is coming from … its simply about reason … you drive and test them and you can simply judge … and no not from Germany promoting German cars …
Some video is wrong for introducing K-9 Thunder. Howitzer which uses short gun is K-55
anyone else here for the armored fridge?
shame it's not in the list, otherwise it would've been number 1 for sure!
I just wonder if the artillery systems on this list neaded to be trackd becuse I now that the swedish archer is a wery good and capabele platform
at around 30 tons or more having tracks makes more sense then wheels. That said spgs that run on wheels do exist but they are few compared to tracked ones.
The 2. one looks badass.
If you don't consider the cost, then German is best but it's 3 times the cost of Korean K9. Can PzH 2000 deliver 3 times the firepower of K9? It's better to buy 3 K9 than one PzH 2000.
Your thumbnail is not clickbait I love it
German is good
Masterpiece
Pzh 2000 is the best. Maybe a bit expensive but well worth your money.
it is a nice unit but it is not "bit expensive" compared to K9 and others
Is it possible to build a computer guided howizer projectile
I am not sure that the shoot at 7:09 was planned that way.
hi T T...

man use a wire to pull the unlock and BANG shoot the bullet fly away
What they did was called a check round, we do that every 180 days the gun hasn't been fired with a 50 foot lanyard at least on the m109a6/7
Not mentioning the G6 Rhino in a top 10 list is, well, rather a large omission on your part.
probably becouse this list is about tracked not wheeled artillery
@@czaja995 self propelled. That term doesn't exclusively mean tracked.
Ukraine war proved that artillery is still king of the battle. Foreign volunteer fighters in Ukraine are complaining that they never see Russian soldiers just Russian shelling from their artillery killing from far distance. S Korea is equipped with 3000 SP artillery (K9, K55 and K105HT), 5000 105/155mm towed artillery, 6000 60/81/107/120mm mortars and 570 MRL(360 K239, 58 M270 and 156 K136) seating on 12 million rounds (during WW2, total of 11 million rounds were used) enough to deal with Chinese army.

Talk is cheap, proven capability sells. That is why K9 has half of worldwide SPH market share.
This reminds of C&C Generals.
I was feeling more Tom Clancy Endwar the M320 Spartan was my favorite artillery piece in any game (futuristic)
What about Archer Artillery System?
Meid in Poland Krab
War in Ukraine shows that Krab is the best howitzer considering quality and price. Ukraine has ordered 72 pieces. There's no better test for weapons than war conditions.
where do you think the words howitzers coming from anyway? Surely from german and they good at building it
K-9 + K10 = best of the best in world 👌👌
No, best in our Galaxy.hahahaha
2s7:hold my vodka :D
Swedish Bandkanon 1. not in service anymore, designed in the late 1950's and saw the light in the 1960's, only 26 unit produced and not in use today :( but 1 is still operational.
155mm gun, fires 15 rounds in less than 50s (14 in the magazine and 1 in the barrel), reload of magazine 2.5 mins (auto loader). updated in the late 1980's to an electronic fireing system so it could put multiple rounds at the same location but at different trajectories so they all would reach ther target at the same time. Max range 25 Km. It was also designed (secretly), to fire nuclear projectiles (gun barrel design)...
So was there anything like it at 1960's or 1970's or 1980's ?
They were designed to stop the Soviet's invading Sweden in the north...go figure what would have happened if 26 of those bandkanons fire at full on a soviet push....
just read the info and it seems like so(Heaviest and most powerful), but I believe in this video, the vehicles are in service.
Slovak Zuzana 2 howitzer is very good
WUT K9 wrecked the chinese one in India vs Pakistan battle
Rhino G6 52 definitely a huge competitor in this category.
It does not even belong in this category as it is wheel based …
@@GanymedeXD lol 😆 u stupid 🤣.
Artillery is always described: the King of Battle.
When it was China's turn, "Copied" and "Unconfirmed" ...
That what they're good at.
Maybe you need your body to confirm it.
Dident see the Swedish Archer system (so is there was a requirement of to be tracked added, then i makes sens)
K9 is second. recently, the Indian army proved it in real battle.
Pity you missed the South African G6 155mm howitzer. Maybe you are jealous of a powerful system.
Jealous off course.
@Franco Antonio Rizzuto thanks for that compliment ..but just to help you I actually participated in a war where we used similar weapons but better weapons than many of these and had this G5/6 howitzer as back up in a war and in the 80s. The rest of the world only dreamt of having it. And just help you, all the American made V shaped hull mine proof vehicles designs are from South African design and now built under license
in many overseas companies. We did that in the 80s already and the rest of world only caught on after the second Iraq war. So this stupid kid knows 1st hand.
Archer Artillery System should be on this list, should it not?
Why does BAE systems Excalibur precision guided munitions for the naval version reach between 70kms - 90kms and they're pushing for 120kms, it's a land version so should be up to the same standard by reaching the same distance by now
How could you miss the Swedish Archer?
As it does not belong in this category … they excluded wheel based systems!
Nice video.
G 6 is the best
Chinese PlZ-52 is a dancing machine LOFL. It shakes too much after each shot. It is just 'PIECE OF SHIT'......
Find a video of a G6 Rhino firing, zero movement of vehicle, recoil so we'll sorted
The rotating gun mount is a "turret", not an "turrent".
china arty is number 3?!
are you kidding me??
K9 and pzh 2000 are the best!!
G6?
I agree, a complete weapons system with an unbeatable range for the past 30 years. Also it has better protection against explosives and sub 30 mm canons than most of the SPG mentioned on this list.
I would definitely watch it. Where did you get the 3D model of the G6, asking for a friend :)
Thank you, I'm definitely going to check it out. How did you get interested in artillery?
9:15 Look at that moving 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@einar8019 so I thought that the Russians don't have this, and why were they included in the list
K9
The Swedish Archer system would have made the list if it wasn't for the fact that it's only Sweden who owns 48 systems. stop, 3 round MSRI salvo and on the go again in roughly 1 minute, or you can shell out 20 rounds in 4 MSRI salvos in 2.5 minutes... and of course it's built to fire the SWEDISH Excalibur round!!!
no it would not becouse this list is about tracked not wheeled artillery
"tractor wheeled..."
I got a question why does Russian Vehicles have a log in the back of the engine?
Muddy terrain. Logs can be used for getting them out of the situation. Russia has a lot of muddy "lakes"
Rene Jacob thanks Rene! I appreciate that
It's a low tech vehicle recover system LOL.
What is difference between, Self Propelled Gun, Self propelled Howitzer and Self propelled artillery?
all the same.
gun is a general term, so is artillery, howitzer is a very specific type of artillery gun
e.g. the german MARS2 is a self propelled artillery, but as it's a rocket launcher it's no self propelled gun
most main battle tanks are also self propelled guns, but usually not howitzers
