does the curl enhancing smoothie damage your hair in any way? I've heard people say if you use it to often it damaged the curls or something

my curls have a mixture, my tighter curls are towards the bottom/back of my hair!

@@krazyjnva2up2down55 awesome video! for upcoming videos, ill make sure to get a close-up image on my curls. my hair ranges between 3b (a little in the front) 3c which is mostly my hair and then 4a which happens to be placed sporadically! hope this helps
