I have been trying to figure out how to get from a pullover on the top of the hoop(single tab) to armpit amazon (we call dragonfly). Is it possible? If so can I request a tutorial? 😊
Hi! Thanks! Glad you're enjoying my videos :) I would say probably the easiest way is to pike down on the top of the hoop so you are on your front hip crease, place your hands next to your hips so that you can unroll and end up hanging from your hands in front of the hoop. Then you can slide one arm down to the side of the hoop and put the hoop in your armpit, then slide down the other arm. I'll try to do a video for you :)
I work on everything between a 95cm and 102cm - I believe this was a 98cm but to be honest the size of your hoop shouldn't matter that much. In all the time I've been doing aerial I've only found 2 moves that wouldn't work on every hoop size
I think this is the first instruction that made sense for me for a beauty roll! Now I just need to get in the air with it!
