Well done fellas. Looks like a beautiful hike even though you changed your plans. Looking forward to the future adventures

Awesome video mate, shame you couldn't make to the Pantoneys Crown, but it looks like completely overgrown by wattle where you walked. I guess It would be much easier to just to do the return trip via Crown-Creek Trail

Good point. I also think we should have stayed closer to the edge on the eastern side. We went too much through the middle, which has most of the dense bush. I hope to go back soon though.

@ashtonleslie5879 hey Ashton, since my first attempt wasn't successful, I'm also looking to go back soon. Firstly, alow ample time. Since I walked it in the winter, we ran out of daylight to make it up the crown. If you reach Baal Bone Pointaround noon, yoy shouldbe good to assent the Crown. Since you going in December, you should have enough time. Traversing BB Plateau, stay to you right as much as possible to avoid the dence bush badh. The decent from the Baal Bone Point is easier than i expected. There are some vertical logs against the rack face, logs marking the route to descent from BB Point. But bring a 10m or 20m rope to descent and lower the packs.. Be prepared for some bush bashing (long sleeves). The traverse to the base of the Crown is quite accessible.
