Toyota did not "bully them out of business" since they still exist (now known as H2FCP) and since they didn't build a $5-6M station. Toyota does not make hydrogen out of methane because they don't make hydrogen. "They crushed the University out of existence", which I think he's referring to the CalStateLA 60 kg station that was never meant to be a highly used publicly accessible station. "So there's a total effort from Toyota to monopolize the hydrogen resource." Huh? Hydrogen comes from Air Products, Linde and Air Liquide. This lawyer doesn't seem to know anything about the history or the current reason for the state of the infrastructure. I can't see him winning a case against Toyota.
