Delightful conversation! Ramana himself is a prodigy and so deep-thinking! The interviewer also did a wonderful job in keeping the conversation free flowing and engaging!
Good god, this is something special. Ramana is blessed, and so are we to be able to enjoy his music and his personality. Kudos also to the interviewer for a great job, rarely seen.
Hello Ramana, would love to meet your parents too, me as a parent would love them to share their knowledge and wisdom of parenting..if possible one of us organizers should arrange for an interview with the 3 of them to hear all of their prespectives 🙏 Very humble at such a young age, looking forward to many more years of good music from you
Congrats Ramana - Excellent dialogue & interview - great singing & Veena play in as extension of his. Only comment I wish to bring out here is : there were four Tanjore Sivanandam & Sharaddha (others more I may not be aware) who planes Veena & sang - Karaikkudi SambasicaIer iyer & his disciples - Subramanian / Rajeshwari Padmanabhan l, Ranganayaki Rajagopalan. Audience need to be informed of this
I have listened fully to the Q & A Session. I am very much impressed with his mental and emotional intelligence evolution which are the prerequisites for the self realization and actualization both as a Vidwan and a human being seeking enrichment. I understood his logic for choosing Jai Jaiwanti and Darbari ragas compositions-a predominantly rasikas of Hindustani Sangitam. He missed out on reason to give experience of Vilamba Kala Karnataka Sangitam to the rasikas by choosing the second raga and composition. Exalted state for both the Aritist and the rasika is in Nadanubhavam and unified consciousness with the Nada itself. Instrumentalists-Veena and Venu in particular, singing while playing, this practice was in tradition. Ramana is not the first one. He didn't say it in answering. I was surprised at his answer on voice training and sruti perfectionism of practices of HM which indirectly suggests it's lesser accomplishments by KM practitioners, and which is a popular belief. Svara, Anusara, gamaka/meand, intervallic sound spaces, styles, etc are vital differences between the two greatest forms of World Classical Music-Karnataka Sangitam and Hindustani Sangitam. A popular Spiritual Sadgurus -'Anchors' do help the Artists followers to gain quick recognition and support from the followers in general. Ramana and Ramana Maharishi, no exception.

Mrs Nalini Rao loves to hear herself more than she wants to hear Ramana! 😂

This is an interview that was held in Pune. Majority of the audience do not know Tamizh there.
Why? Why not Spanish?😅

@@madhvamuniraosandhyavandan7662 Jaijavanti of Hindustani music is known as Dwijavanti in Carnatic music. Two names - same Raga. Hari Om.
@@ChinmayaNaadaBinduOrg Dwijavanti raga though derived from Jaiwanti, Karnataka Sangitam lakshana differs. To know refer: en.m.wikipedia.org.wiki/Jaiwanti 🙏
