Exactly thought the same....when only you are the person in mourning it's not listening pleasure and comfort .....for others it's not bad
The original is meant to be somber in remembrance and perhaps played at services which is amazing. But we also "celebrate" our passed loved ones and the upbeat music counteracts the somber vocals perfectly here to create that balance and celebration!
I’m 55 and this suits my younger brother. He wouldn’t want a somber song to remember him. Words are powerful. Never mind the best.
