Oh... Okay. The trick is not that difficult. There are 2 steps. First, release the wave by press Punch and press Forward Direction . Then, quickly switch to press (or you can even hold) the Up Direction and press Punch. This can be done when you reach the level 4 where you gain the wave releasing ability.
