The public primary school system, arranged and funded by municipalities, is using official languages with some exceptions in places where there are enough children who come from foreign language families who haven't or don't plan to integrate language-wise. Traditionally this has included families which are staying only temporarily in Finland. Internationally schools exist and there the languages of tuition can be English, French, Germany etc. Those are mostly private schools funded largely by tuition fees. They can be expensive. The skills of drivers have significantly become weaker in some cities in Finland since there are too many "sunny summer day" drivers, who cause difficulty and accidents even when it's just raining or whenever conditions become challenging.
