In today's video I talked about moving to Finland via the work route. Nowadays, It is becoming easier than most people thought to secure a job in Finland.
In the past months, many people living outside the EU secured different Jobs in Finland ranging from Care Assistance, to welder, to Chef, IT specialists and even Office and Machine Cleaners. One of the interesting thing about some of these Job offers is that their employers paid for their Residence permit application Fees and their residence permit was granted in less than two weeks. It is very possible guys. All you need is to put in hard work and pray your luck shines.
Below are some important websites where you can search for Jobs in Finland:

Visit the above websites and put in your applications based on your qualifications and work experience. My husband got his job from one of the websites and moved to Finland via the work route. All information I share here are real and based off my personal experience and that of my Family and close friends.
You sincerely have to put in work if you wish to succeed and move to Finland via the work route. It is quite challenging and hard but it is not Impossible.

Well, most Finnish people are Reserve. They like their personal space. However, making friends with them isn't a big deal but you have to initiate the conversation most times.@@prospereveryday2255
Yes as it stands now, After you have lived in Finland continuously for four years with an A residence permit, You're eligible to apply for PR. And for Passport, you can also apply if you have lived continuously for four years with an A Permit and you have passed the Language test (YKI). Bear in mind that these laws might change soon because the Government will debate on a New Immigration proposals in the coming Weeks. @@prospereveryday2255

It isn't a significant additional recruiting cost for the employer to pay the residence permit application processing fee while recruiting people for longer employment. It could be significant in that situation for the employee.
Instead of the proof of funds for supporting living in Finland there is a requirement for sufficient minimum income in the RP for work application process. That requirement is intended for similar purpose as the the proof of funds requirement in the RP for studies application process. Since the income mostly comes from the job in Finland, which is required for applying for a RP for work, this income requirements doesn't appear as an separate additional requirement though in a way it is.

I would suggest more discussion of what people really should be thinking and discovering instead just simplifying it to moving somewhere like Finland.
This would include thinking about life more holistically. What to do, what to become, what values and lifestyle choices you would like to have and also what you can tolerate others to have around you. Are you willing to move to different place with different culture and somehow let yourself be effected by others around yourself or do you plan to live in a bubble. Do you really welcome change or are you thinking that you just pick some parts, which you are willing to accept and try to resist everything else in your ethnic foxhole in a foreign society and culture.
These more fundamental positions and views could be discussed more.
How people would or could handle the expectations of the Finnish society of immigrants finding their place in the society integrating to the society and not just building larger foxholes for themselves in a foreign culture and society?
Have prospective immigrants thought about all this?
Do they see or expect conflicts based on this?
There obvious already are clearly some conflicts.
Immigrants are pushing English to replace the role of national languages in Finland.
There are also some cultural practices, though often represented as having religious origins, which are in conflict with some common base values of the Finnish society.

Thank you, @just42tube I don't know where all these people get their information from. They claim it is easy to immigrat to Finland, but they don't tell you about the odds in Finland. People there are yet to get a better paid job with their acquired certificates&finnish language skills in Finland. Don't be deceived,there are a lot of barriers to conquer if you must live in Finland. It is not as easy as they say. TRUTH IS BITTER.

People using words like easy to describe immigration to Finland probably mean that the immigration rules are easy in that sense that there is enough clarity of what needs to be done and how the process is handed by the Finnish Immigration Service.
There aren't really any tricks to figure out or much arbitrary processing by authorities. It is simple, if your own situation is simple and you can fulfill the requirements.
But employment, career development, integration are more complex and unpredictable as life often is.
One could say that the last 15 years or so have been from the economic development point of view disappointing in Finland. That does reflect into everything else in the society.
Thinking about that, it is amazing that still during the 7 last consecutive years Finland has been found to be by a yearly study the happier country in the world. So evidently something is still ok and the economy isn't everything in life.
I live in Finland, and I disagree total with that. Truth must be told that the present administration is making things even harder in Finland. High rates of unemployment, depression and loneliness.The system is working, and they have an administration that are accountable compared to African nations but not made for foreigners. IF YOU MUST SURVIVE IN FINLAND, YOU MUST WORK HARDER&ALSO ASK GOD FOR HELP. THERE IS NO SOFT LANDING, NOT EVEN IN THEIR EDUCATION SYSTEMS (EDUCATION IN FINLAND IS UNDILUTED, YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO STUDY HARD IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO STUDY IN FINLAND,NO BE JOKE)

The highest numbers of unemployment are among foreigners, that is clear and has been a longer time. It's not a new development nor caused by the current administration.
Have you read studiens how employment develops among different immigrant groups? Do you know facts, or are you just relying on your impressions.
Do you know what the actual detailed proposals for immigration rules are. Many people are complaining without actually knowing.

The information is available from the official source, the Finnish Immigration Service website.
Just remember that visa and residence permit are totally separate permits in the Finnish permit system and legislation.
Look up information about residence permit for an entrepreneur.
You should not compare your processing time to the process time of other applicants, because the processing time varies depending on the amount of investigation needed for each application.

It should be a Good CV. Europass or Ordinary CV is fine.

You will be given a 1 years RP when you secure a Job contract in Finland and can get up to 4 years when you renew the RP.

One must have the Job qualification and experience to have a better chance of securing a job or been hired by a company.

There are always interviews before any sort of employment happens.
Why and under which circumstances would anybody hire a person without some kind of interview?
