Another great video. I did that also and the tension was bang on for me. Sled works great but our weather in southern ontario so far is very poor for sledding. Our trails havent even opened yet this year. I can only go out on the lake to play around for awhile.
Your videos are very helpful and informative. I've used them for fixing my own sled. I've got a problem now with my speedometer not working, there it literally nothing to show how to resolve my problem. It would be nice if you could do a video for that
Hey Roger. Sorry i sold the sled. Check behind the black cap that goes on your jackshaft. That is what controls your speedo and they often fail. Pull it apart, may be fixable or you will need a new part. It bolts on very easy.
