I've never had an adult Sim start out with a part-time career but I love the idea of that. Struggling financially makes the game more fun (weirdly) and it's not like everyone (or anyone, lol) just goes and becomes an astronaut after graduating high school in real life.

I’m excited to see where the story goes. I appreciate the tour of the world and for my personal gameplay the size doesn’t bother me too much because I tend to combine worlds anyway. Like Henford on Bagley is the country side of Windenburg. With the one lot I’m definitely using it as a cafe but it also reminds me of those retail stores that are in the middle of the road. The Rec center is very useful due to it being multi purpose and I can really mimic the YMCA in my game and it also saves some lots from being used for different community lots. The stays are going to be my favorite part and they work through the calendar system which is a plus.

They could definitely get back together one day he may end up getting arrested for something that he gets framed for by someone he thought was his friend almost like a brother or something and it could be something where he gets years behind bars for until the police find out the truth but because it was 2 close of a call for him it scared him so badly that he starts rethinking his life and all he can think about is his family and how he wants a second chance 2 do right by them so he gets a decent paying job and starts working on himself trying 2 be the guy his family needs him 2 be
That location near the park is an obvious business, pub/bar, bakery lot setup, since there are no other businesses that active. You know what I would do - I would redesign the community center to multilevel with basement levels and put it on that lot. Then I would use the larger community lot for a large home, or apartments using a mod.
Also that little spot you said you were unsure about…it would be perfect for an apartment actually. I hate having to build apartments or “condos” right next to houses cuz that looks so out of order and messy for the city planning. A restaurant could also work too.

Leaving baby on the ground isn't *too* different from leaving them on the floor all the time while I clean the house. It gets a "C" in realism from me. 🤷♀️

If you say you wish the The Sims team added apartments, do you think about think basegame apartments or City Living combined with Growing Together? Because there are simmers like me that doesn't own City Living and I don't intend to get it.
It's a shame the expansion packs that come out have minimal blank lots, the world however does look beautiful 😊 wish there was more apartment options as well in the game.
Enjoying this CAS. Unfortunately I am not able to play with the new update. Very frustrated. I got the new update yesterday and now I can no longer play the game. My gallery won't load households and I can't get families out of CAS. They just freeze. Did anyone else experience this? If so, is there a fix? Very sad and bummed out.
