yeah, im wondering now how they change them in base game, is it done on the floor or is it still just the old animation they use for toddlers where they kinda just trow them? i think 3 different ones are coming with growing together, you would think that one of them would have been base game.

Changing tables also came to sims 3 behind the Sims 3 Store paywall, so I’m confused why everyone is surprised 😭 I also wish we got one free and maybe one day we will (🤞) but a lot of people seem to be unaware that the sims franchise has always (or very commonly) paywalled certain features, not just sims 4. I think they were free in sims 2 though, but I can’t quite remember. Sims 2 was a great era.
I’m pretty sure the sim gurus said milestones are part of growing together, and that base game infants should be able to do things without having to deal with that.

This is 100% off topic, but looking at those contemporary beds made me remember the ikea pack in sims 2.... imagine if sims 4 teamed up with them (rip stuff packs) and you could order it online (or buy category) where delivery people put it together (instant option) or you could build it with your family 😭 I feel like I miss the sims 3 build car option. Where you could build it with your teen, and would like similar things to be implemented. I know there is the parenthood projects for school, but I think something even adults could do together would be cute.

EA won't listen to any random simmer, please say we aren't letting them abuse the pack system again! I was going to buy the pack if everything went at least somewhat smoothly, but now I'm DONE. I don't care anymore! They're not getting a cent from me until this is changed. (get it because we need a changing table)

So question umm do children get to ride bikes in the base game because when I clicked on my child Sim from herself she had a opinion to ride bike but she has to be taught so I went in the build menu to look to see if there a bike and it had looked so in the search but when I click for it nothing show up so is it a glitch or am I going crazy 😗

You can get a whole kit for that same price for sims 4 (and if we’re counting the increased value of money since 2013 when the changing table released, it’s almost the price of a whole sims 4 stuff pack), yet people are surprised about this and I found that ironic, that’s all. That being said, I still hope that a changing table eventually gets released to base game like other DLC-exclusive items that were released to BG over the years. Me pointing out the irony is simply… well… pointing out the irony lol
I’m in the minority, but I don’t mind the lack of changing tables. It’s just a slower way of changing diapers and when I’m playing with 7 infants I’m not trying to double my time.
