2016 Austin Allen was arguably better than 2015 Brandon Allen. BA was pretty up and down the first half of that season. QB1 was not the problem in 2016, or offense in general.
@@nirvanachile24absolutely not. 2015 Brandon Allen was on fire. He literally got drafted bc of how awesome he played. You may be thinking of 2014 BA he was up and down. But our defense was top tier.
Imagine the 2014 defense with the 2015 offense. That’s a national championship team for sure especially the way we punched bama in the mouth both years.
@@charcoalcowboy I meant what I said. 2015 Brandon Allen was on fire in the second half of the season. But he was really up and down in the first half of the year. Reminder the Toledo game? Go look at the 2015 game log. You'll see what I mean.
I'm wondering if anyone noticed At about 8:44 Hjalte(#51) is attempting to get up at the bottom of the screen and a Miss State player shoves him back down by stepping on his knee, or something to that effect.
I think an argument could be made that was the best half for a running back in the last few decades at least. I mean, 200 yards and 4 TDs?! And then just to top it off he throws a TD pass in the second half.
I just don't get it. This offense is a thing of beauty when it's clicking. Then other times, it's like, they let nerves and errors compound and just dominate how they want to execute. The is absolutely no reason why this team should have lost to Mizz last year. Mental fortitude is a thing.
MLOOPERDOOP Yes Sir....well said. Nobody could've said it better. And I love Ellis great kid with a lot of brains and passion. Unfortunately he's not athletic enough to compete against great talent especially in the sec. We need talent at linebacker because we don't have the coaches to develop them like they claim they can. Defensive scheme is suspect and I can't stand our dbacks. Santos is the best one we have and he's a hard hitter but he seems to have something against wrapping up..smh Not sure why he didn't play. I think Smith is out of there. We have more than a few highly rated players on dline so no excuse for them. We bidded on them getting enough penitration that it would make our secondary look good and it's safe to say our defense is poopoo and defenitly don't look coached up.
I wouldn't say it's talent but simply scheme & player development. Robb Smith is an incompetent scheme wise & adjustment wise. Our Corners are pretty decent especially Ryan Pulley but our safeties leave a lot to be desired. Dre Greenlaw & Scoota Harris are our best linebackers & will be studs in the future. Brooks Ellis is too slow to be an efficient LB in the SEC & Dwayne Eugene is just trash. Our D-Line has the potention with Agim but Ledbetter has consistently been our best dlineman all year. The underclassmen that are under them will be studs in the future.
Arkansas was one bipolar team this year. Can beat ranked TCU on the road, Ole Miss and Florida but the. Get blown out by Auburn and LSU. Nevertheless, Arky will improve their record this year.
*cough* *cough* bipolar team *cough* *cough* No, but really, im proud of the hogs (especially being a fan of them) for playing well after losing like that to lsu
StoneMIner i swear lol... jekell and hyde for sure... one thing for sure is coaching changes need to be made on the defensive side (cough d line coach)
WARMACHINE2013 Well see.. I actually like robb smith, hes a good coordinator, some of the big plays that happened on us, guys were in position to stop. When the secondary with roads improves on open field tackling we can have one of the best secondaries in the country. One thing that has been consistent (or rather inconsistent) is the dline. weve failed to get pressure and with the talent we have thats inexcusable. That dline coach had the benefit of a developed trey flowers, Philon, and wise when he came in. But hasnt done much since they left. We can get that dline down (charlie strong) we can go from worst to one of the top defenses in the country. Ill be interested to see what cbb does though.
I don't know how you do it, but we applaud and respect you for your hard work and dedication in making these highlight videos! Wooo Pig!
Hogs piled up 661 total yards of offense on Miss. St. Great night to be a Hog fan, WPS!
It's insane that after this game, we went a combined 8-30 the rest of the 2010s.
Lol
Yeah
Raleigh man. Hated how it turned out for dude. He seemed a stand up guy. Wonder what he’s up to. Anybody know?
FCM
That was the best our O-Line has played since the Texas Bowl.
Much love agaim, once a hog, always a hog. May God always be with you.
You're the man. I always watch these uploads to cap off the week
Imagine if Brandon Allen had another year left and Alex Collins and hunter Henry had stayed. 2016 could’ve been something magical

Great win for The Arkansas Razorbacks....next up Missouri this Friday after Thanksgiving...
R. Williams so sad he didn't get to finish his career what a player.
I don't think I've said it yet. But I'm loving the new HD card!
I'm biased but I wish they could get TJ Hammonds a few more carries toward the end of the game. Every time he touches the ball amazing things happen.
Well, not every time.

Our defense still has major problems. We won because their defense was worse than ours. But Rawleigh had a career day.
thanks for the upload. our defense was offensive...
I'm here several years later. This is a forgotten game. 357 rushing yards is like...a lot.
Bielema was a great coach and he put together a great staff.
that was quick. Thank You!
TBH, Rob Smith needs to be fired. Our defense is atrocious
Dude I literally just got done watching these same 2 teams just 10 years apart from this one 😅
BTW that Kareem Abdul Jabbar baby hook in the lane TD by Rawleigh Williams was something else lol.
Would love to get Charlie Strong for our DC at the hill....Plus he a great recruiter......

we need to improve on our defense's consistency. it seems like we always have bad defense against Miss St. every year now.
This team was so much better than our record showed.. if only our defense could've stepped up to match our offense.
I like to see tj hammonds more too.. I move him to the slot. Shoot you can put him anywhere on the field.
Was a pass interference called for either side all game? No matter what, I'll take the W
Joe Burns We had a defensive holding called against us.
Joe Burns There should have been OPI on their TD to start the third. Ross shoved the DB in the head.
WARMACHINE2013 Yeah I couldn't believe they didn't call that. A push off if I've ever seen one
Yeah, it looked like it could have been a push off, the defender didn't argue it too much so he may of just tripped.
The other angles showed more clearly that he got pushed.
Ironic to hear the announcers talking about how defense is optional on the Big XII while the game they're calling had a combined 100 points scored
and thnx jboro
It's depressing that we've only won 6 games since this game.
So pig for life baby lets go
Our Jekyll and Hyde streak continues. Also, those refs were pretty terrible.
we are goin to miss rwIII
Why is our defense hot garbage?

RW III, WPS
We seriously need to clean house on the defensive staff

Two thumbs down, must be Mullen and Fitzgerald.
I think it's time for BB and RS to go this has gotten old
goddamn cowbells
But, good video anyway
time to beat this lower tiered SEC team....order restored...next year is at Fayetteville and Dak won't be walking through that door
Can my dad give you a shoutout he has a blog for a online newspaper
Yep!
Peter Sirmon...Mullen's worst hire.
Ed Orgeron for DC at Arkansas.
Rock N He's never actually been a DC before, but I'll take him as a Dline coach in a heartbeat.
WARMACHINE2013
Ok, well I'd still take him, he's also a great recruiter as well.
The year we screwed the bull dogs extra hard for what they did they previous year XD

Jackson Rice Go for it!
