    Heads up, after a year, the glass on one of my boards completely popped off hitting the foam floor in my room so did not break but I'm so disappointed because I have already sold several of these :(

      Oh no! I asked a friend of mine recently if she had any issues with hers I gifted her and it’s still fine. I have switched to using the Gorilla Clear Construction Adhesive.

    First time I have seen your video, very nicely done. I am from UK so I have to try and work out temps from Fahrenheit to Celsius for firing but will give it a go. They are a lovely gift idea thanks - Toni

    It was so good to see your face! I have enjoyed your informative videos… have been in awe of all your equipment and supplies! Love that you combine the use of your Cricut in some projects! The cutting boards are beautiful! Thank-you for sharing!

      Aww thank you so much! Yeah I need to get better about being on camera. On the flip side there are some people putting out content that seem to LOVE being on camera, and that’s just not me lol!

      @@debbiewilson3000 I would love for you to try it! Anything I share I do so to help others and encourage you all to make any of them you’d like to! The only thing I don’t share process pics and videos on is something where I’ve paid for a class. Otherwise it’s a great flattery, thank you!

    These are so beautiful! just love them! Had you thought about adding a small leather cord to the board for hanging? Also, loved how you encased the boards at the end with plastic...how did you do that? Thanks for sharing your gorgeous work! 😍

    • @FullMoonLoonDesigns
      @FullMoonLoonDesigns  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! Yes, I actually bought leather cord and was going to show one complete but didn’t get a chance before doing some traveling. I’ve got small dog tags for sublimating and my plan was to hang those (they are on a chain) from the cord and they’ll have a QR code to a care instructions page on my website. The one image with the board in plastic was just one not out of its shrink wrap yet. I haven’t used any plastic on them. Thanks again!

      I have a full fuse schedule for both 96 and 90 posted at the end of the video, around the 29:40 mark.

      Thank you! I was making them for a show in December that I had to cancel so I’m hoping to list on Etsy or save for a spring show. I was planning on $55-$60 range and two for $100.

    Your boards are lovely. I have never been successful with the plain glass cutting boards. This is a great idea. 👍 The oil adds so much. (If you were using the bamboo boards, do you think you would use it on them, as well?) We use that exact oil on our butcher block countertops. It gives a lot of protection.

    • @FullMoonLoonDesigns
      @FullMoonLoonDesigns  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! The bamboo boards seem to have a sheen to them already, so I shouldn’t need it, but I have used it on a bamboo board where I did the chemical wood burning process as it was sanded down before applying the solution.
