For the past 12 years, he managed local tennis programs at Hollyburn Country Club as well as Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club and is one of Canada’s leading young coaches.     Your ideas make a lot of sense. Not sure why the book is targeted to women. At least your video makes sense to all tennis players.

    Why does the net player need to move forward rather than being close to the net at the time of your partner’s serve?

      Great question! This will help the player to activate mentally, and physically and create forward moving momentum creating pressure for opponents, but also focusing the player on moving forward / cutting angles. All the best, Uros

    Where does the net player need to stand when their partner and opponent are hitting cross court to each other?

      Depends on the level of play and athleticism of the individual... between service line and middle of the box area.
