Moreton, caravan and motorhome site Dorchester

well a trip to a camp site ! as i am not a member it cost me £60 more the trip for staying 5 nights was £123 .. a little costly but i did use my electric hook up !! yes i did the first time ever . a nice site plenty of little spaces to park up in a little wet but we were on a hard stand. train station 5 minutes away if you want to travel to Weymouth or Poole. nice to meet up with friends for a few days

yes a rip off is right sadly as my friends have to have electric hook up due to sleep apnia and both have masks to aid breathing ... cheers Lindsay

CMC main sites can be pricey but the standard is quite consistent and in normal times the facilities blocks are usually pretty good. We're members but tend to stay more on the CLs. We try not to pay more than £15/night.

yes the price was a little high being non member i was in both the clubs but cancelled a few years back , i do like the cl sites a little cheaper and i think a better atmosphere ! as always thank you for comment Alex

There are a couple of good groups on Facebook, camping and caravanning under a tenner a night....I found most sites to be a rip off, to be honest.

yes i was restricted to where they both could park up , i visited the other site last year thats just a few minutes away closer to the train station and pub by a few hundred yards .. a small price to pay to meet up with old friends from many years back .. cheers Bry thank you for comment
