here in Indonesia our Family doing the same thing...selling Rice Porridge / Bubur Ayam ...its required long Hours....to cook Porridge....3 until 4 hours....together with the misse un Place / preparation !! you need to start at least...at 2 or 3 o'clock Am !!
It's simple for some people here. They use plastic, I know it's no good but no choice to keep the cost low and sell it cheap with good quality product to customers. Sorry
