I've found out that the LGT8F328P has less usable memory than a arduino pro mini ☹ For Arduino pro mini, the complier says: "Sketch uses 29372 bytes (95%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30720 bytes." Same sketch, but with board LGT8F328P, the compiler says: "Sketch too big. Sketch uses 29748 bytes (100%) of program storage space. Maximum is 29696 bytes." Damn! I was preparing my project to be production ready with the LGT8F328P, I bought a lot of them 😞 Sketch is already mad as small as possible, don't think I can shave of another kb. Anyone tips to work around this problem? Is the bootloader of the LGT8F328P bigger than on the pro mini? Is there a smaller bootloader available?
ina226 master library error: 'class EEPROMClass' has no member named 'length'...is different declaration of internal memory space ??????...with arduino promini no problem !
I have got some boards of these on the way and I am very happy that you want to share your information with us. Is it correct that there is no english datasheet for these boards available? And where did you find all this info?? Looking forward to some new video's from you; Very informative!
Can you share me you email. i will send you english datasheet. If you want to install LGT8F328P Board on arduino IDE There is a video on my youtube channel you can watch.
@@ETSolutions Off course I watched your other video about installing the boards. Yesterday the plane landed in my country with my LGT8F328P Boards I ordered. And yes you can send me the document; I would appriciate that very much. Looking forward to that, and thanks in advance :)
Salaams Thanks for these videos on the LGT328 board. I am currently thinking of trying one out with Arduino. Have you had a chance to play with the I2C and PWM functions. I want to use these in development of an MPPT charge controller. Would appreciate your input as well as some guidance what functions should I test to collaborate on this board
TQ for sharing... The support for this ultra low cost MCU is getting better and better. Credit to RALPH BACON and DAVID BUEZAS for their excellent work. It's good for extra low cost budget project. Incredible el-cheapo price that run twice as fast as compared to UNO. Managed to get it up and running. Those that do not like this board can always stick with the classic UNO and stop whining...
Bro love your videos I orderd the purple version so can you plz tell me that can I use the same to same code for any Arduino nano project code like can I use the bourd as a fully replacement for Arduino nano?
Nice! thanks sharing the information with us
I bought this module yesterday, i thought it was an arduino pro board xD
Greetings from Brazil.
Nice video

is it possible that LGT8F328P reserves some flash to emulate eeprom?
Internal reference voltage. One slide shows +/- 0.5% while the next shows +/-10%. Which is which?
THANK YOU FOR SHARING. PWM Pins on Uno, Nano, Mini is 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11 ) . 490 Hz (Only pins 5 and 6 (980 Hz))
WHAT ABOUT LGT8F328P..
pins number on LGT are also same for PWM pins. frequency i will check and update you.
Thank you @@ETSolutions

What is the error that you got on compiler. i am using arduino ide. every thing work fine for me.

wa Salaam.
i use this board it work faster than arduino.
also use I2C it work fine.
Where can I buy nano equivalent in Pakistan at a reasonable price
you are from pakistan me too. nice to know you. you can try it on daraz

Yes I agree
how about which variant like pro mini , what using for upload?
Arduino IDE used for upload. there is another video on my channel. How to install LGT board with arduino ide.
probably not having the eprom, the device does not work like a pro mini ............
I think I don't want to waste any more time on this scrap .... I'll use the classic Arduino again !!!

@@ETSolutions now.i read your post...thanks!!
hi, are you using its TX and RX pins ok ? I connected and nothing happened.
yes i am using these pins. have you write the code for Serial communication.
check your code pins are same as normal arduino
also check the baud rate
bad!.I tried to use the ssop version with ina226 for a voltmeter .. BUT DO NOT COMPILE! ... it does not manage ina master library
i will share you data sheet for more details.
Where to buy in India?
Also the smaller boards with lesser pins.

yes you can use same code as arduino no difference in code.
@@ETSolutions thanks my man
Hola, saludos desde México, podrías hacerme favor de compartir un link con datasheet
do you need datasheet,? pins are exactly same as arduino.
can you please share the English datasheet with us
