Heated Grips is *a must* on a Polaris. You need to maintain SOME sort of comfort level while you *wait for your buddy with the **-Yamaha-** Not-A-Polaris to come back with the Tow Strap.* looool Ford R&D came out with the Heated Tail Gate Handles for a similar issue - Makes pushing your truck home *WAY* more comfortable in the winter.
This was definitely enough to convince me powersteering is worth it, Super ATV makes some nice products. Tired of messing up my shoulders after riding. Also very funny!
I just added this kit to my 2006 500 HO EFI this weekend. I got a 10-12 mile test drive I’m and I am quite impressed. I was expecting more of a step down In steering assist at higher speeds but it will be quick to adapt to.
Dr Torque's brother is an electrical engineer who used math to determine a recommended resistor for cutting power to the hand grips. Jake was worried that it would cool the temperature too much, so he got a different resistor first. He really needs to learn to listen to Dr Torque and his brother the first time.
As far as we know, the video we made on our 2006 X2 is the only retrofit power steering video that exists. If you haven't watched those 2 videos, we recommend you do as we make reference to the differences between the X2 and some of the other models throughout. Thanks for the question!
He's been riding for 30 years I would love to know what his first Polaris ATV model was I'm a hardcore Polaris fan an have always been and it sounds like he is too LOL I started out writing their snowmobiles I was 4 years old when I got my first Polaris snowmobile that was just mine didn't have to share with any brothers or sisters it was a 1989 Polaris Indy 488 fan-cooled 2-stroke twin cylinder engine I would really love to know what his first model of ATV was??
@@MotorsandMischief I thought it might be a good question if he started riding 30 years ago he either took very good of the machines he had or he's been through a few of them LOL
It's still working perfectly! Couldnt be happier with it. Transformed the whole machine and experience. Do you have a standard machine or one with a dump bed?

Uncle Jake says "There's the right way, the wrong way, and my way" My way generally takes longer and ends up at the right way.
power steering is in my future thanks for the video
With out a doubt the power steering kit is awesome! You need it trust me. And does anyone want to help me mow the yard?
WatchJRGo is putting a nitrous kit on his John Deer... perhaps we need to mod yours haha!
Great video! I see 3 different motor watt options listed on their site for the universal kit. What size does your kit have?
Thank you! We had the 380w. You should let us know how it goes on your machine! If you get one, tell them you saw it here lol.
I have a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 800. Is there a video that shows the installation to that year Polaris? Thanks in advance.
